Placed order and was delivered quickly.
Nice quality lights.
Topping on the cake would have been supplying bulbs with the lights but this is a minor gripe and only slight inconvenience.
Recommended, and staff in store were polite and friendly.

Purchase of light fitting turns into a nightmare!
Purchased a light fitting on the 18th March 2021. On the 23rd March received a notification from Parcel Force that the light fitting would be delivered shortly. On Thursday 25th I tracked the light fitting and saw that it had been delivered that day and signed for by MR CARETAKER - signature was a few squiggles. Indecipherable. No caretaker in the building! Called Lightingrus on Friday - spoke to Nicole. She came back to me to say she would contact the courier service. Called again today - told firm was still trying to locate the driver!!!! Asked for another light fitting to be sent out and was told that was impossible as lots of people say they don’t receive parcels when in fact they have received them.I resent the implication that I am one of those people. Still have not heard from her. Can’t believe that it takes 4 days to get hold of the driver. Needless aggravation!!! Won’t deal with em again!!

this is an unfortunate situation that has occurred, our courier has given your item to an individual who declared themselves as a caretaker. I am sorry to say but we cannot be blamed for a courier signing over to an individual who declared themselves as the caretaker of the building.
Regarding to the signature, signatures are not taken during this time due to COVID-19 but provided by the driver.
It has not taken 4 days as I contacted my courier on Friday afternoon once you contacted me. From there my courier had scheduled an interview with the driver today who has come back and said he delivered the item to a caretaker. I have reassured them that building does not have a caretaker. My courier is now investigating the matter further.

Ordered a large pendant light that was in stock. After a week’s wait when it didn’t arrive I enquired with customer service and found that it was out of stock and I had to wait another 3 weeks to get it. Cancelled the order and requested a refund which was prompt.

Beautiful lampshade
I have recently purchased a beautiful lampshade from Lighting R Us, I had an advantage in that I had purchased from the company before Covid-19, their stock is of good quality, their knowledge and patience are unlimited.
I am happy with my purchase and a bit smug because there was a discount off the full price.
