Please do not buy from them especially tablets and phones.
They may be cheap but they just don't work.

I have a fibre connection and lightbox runs extremely slow on a PS3 it also freezes the entire PS3 system so you have to switch it off and on again at the power source which can lead to corrupted files and a busted system. I did tell lightbox of this problem where they sent a link that had faq about the issue, the troubleshooter was pathetic asking things like...is your PS3 connected to the internet. Get Netflix it runs so incredibly smooth. Will rate higher when issue with playing on a PS3 is fixed.

Like Others, I wish I'd checked on the Internet before ordering.
I've tried on numerous occasions to get in touch with the 'company' but to no avail. They have not sent the goods nor responded to emails or voicemails.
Definitely avoid, spend your money with people you can speak to and spread the word that this is a fake site.

I ordered something at the beginning of November 2017, paying nearly £10 for next day delivery, which came 2 weeks later. Was not impressed with what i had ordered so i emailed them asking for a refund, they took atleast two weeks to reply saying that they will be replying to emails on 1/5/18, i am YET to recieve an email from this company. I am aware that the website has been closed down and i am glad. They have taken my money as well as many other peoples money. Absolutely disgusting as im still waiting for this money to come through.

Wish I had checked their reviews before I made a purchase. I ordered two items, one was a counterfeit, and I never received the second item. They told me I could return the one item I did receive, but never gave me return instructions. The one item I did receive, didn't come with a packing slip, which would usually have return instructions. My most recent email to them was on 1/9/18, and I received an automatic response saying they would be out of the office until 1/5/18. I also should have noticed that my virus protection noted this site as suspicious and most likely containing malware. Lesson learned was never buy from a site unless it's a trusted site!!!!!

Just bought a counterfeit item!!!! Totally gutted as I cannot give it as a gift as intended. Just thrown away over £20! Just glad I didn't order anything more expensive. I will report them to trading standards. Con company steer clear. Have emailed to demand a refund but I'm guessing by other reviews that I will not get the money back. It wasn't even a good copy of the original toy! Grrrrr

I have given them 1 star because there is no 0 star button!
I was sold a fake product and was lead to believe it was the real thing. I demanded a refund as they had broken trading standards law. I contacted them about this around the 20th November and I still do not have my refund . I have sent loads of emails for them to reply to less than half, I had to threaten them to get them to reply. There is no phone number and they ignore my request for a phone number or an online dispute resolution scheme. They have now told me that they have refunded me and it's not in their hands anymore, to then contradict themselves and say the system they use have cancelled the refund and they way they have said it makes out like it's my fault and there is nothing they can do. This has been going on for 3 weeks now!
I am now fighting for a bank transfer .
This company (if you can call it that) is a joke. Stay well away !!!
By the looks of the other reviews it won't be long until trading standards shut them down anyway as I know I have reported them !

Awful company selling counterfeit goods under the pretense of branded items. I paid nearly £10 for next day delivery which took over a week to arrive. Despite chasing by email I had no reply. When the goods finally arrived they were clearly fake - disgraceful and very dangerous when they are childrens' toys that would not meet the safety standards required by law in the UK.

I have emailed the company for a refund and heard nothing back. AVOID at all costs.

I ordered a parcel containing 2 items on 23rd November. I paid £7.95 for NEXT DAY DELIVERY (which incidentally had no other option available.) and here we are 28th November and still no parcel and obviously not next day delivery!
I emailed lightbox but no reply after 3 days
Very poor sevice all round especially as the money has left my account. Please can i get a refund as i will now buy locally
UPDATE.... parcel arrived after 7 days and not authentic items. Postage for next day delivery was £7.95 but only £3.40 on the box?!?! Definitely going back!

SCAM WEBSITE!!! They have taken my money and not sent what I ordered. They do not reply to emails and there’s no phone number to contact them on. I’m now going to have to get my bank to get my money back. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Just awful. Multiple email, no response. Goods never received despite emailing both the company and the despatch company.
