sent wrong county plug for unit - cant use till i get it OR i have to buy something in addition to the $600 I already spent - REALLY?????

The product is working well and I am pleased. it arrived in a timely manner but the problem was the cord enclosed. Not for the USA. I emailed Lightair over 8 times for an answer regarding the plugs without any response. Still no response. I used a store bought adapter plug until my daughter found some plugs. I am still not sure about the watts and voltage. Both plugs types are made in China. This was disappointing for the past two plus weeks. Hopefully LightAir was on holiday.

Very silent (just a small no-highpitched whisper if you get close to it). Easy. Low maintenance: no filters, just washing and drying the colector, and a small brush for the three needles. Low consumption (I could not check the electric bills yet, though). Beautiful appearance; it integrates well in the rooms. Small inconvenient: must be placed 1 meter from walls, so in small rooms it may lie in the very center, attached by a thin grey wire. Light, easy to move from one room to another one. It does work: my permanent sinus congestion has gone away; I can breath now. I just washed the colector today and there was a layer of dirt (spider-web like) around; definitively, it must be trapping some mold and more stuff inhabiting my house.

This is a scam, the item was not delviered, they do not respond to my emails and I have not received a refund!

I ordered your products from the UK and I was not told that I had to pay 30% extra on taxes!!!! I never got the prodcuts, I have not gotten a reufnd and I am being threatend by UPS constantly to pay taxes and interests!

Fortunately but after a long time I've received a new ion generator for the product instead of faulty one.

I have been using the Ionflow Signature 2 for a few weeks. While it may not be a 100% solution, things have noticeably improved: the air seems much better (considering my residence is in a small city) and my previous light-headedness is all but gone.

Purchased the IonFlow in hopes of giving our bedroom some better air quality.

To make a long story short, after three days of use, every outline of stuff that stood against our white walls (ie mirror, paintings, shelves etc) turned dark grey. Even the painting that hangs three meters away from the IonFlow had a thick dark edge around it.

We do not smoke nor do we live by a busy street (ie pollution, coupled with the fact that we live in Stockholm which is not a generally polluted city). We do however burn the occasional candle (in another room!!!), which it should handle! I'm absolutely shocked. We will have to repaint the walls as the soot doesn't come off.

One of the worst purchases I've ever made.

Like it. Does what it is supposed to. Device arrived within a week and has been on ever since. Whil I cannot give atechnical review, I can state that the air in the room is noticeably cleaner, with residal odours maredly reduced. Great product.

Delivery of the air purifier was quick but I was sent the design that was made for continental Europe instead of the one for the UK or Ireland. So, I asked customer service about it and after some investigation, the agent I was dealing with got the correct design sent to me for free. This gesture was very much appreciated. Thank you.

After 6 months, finally fully confident to endorse Lightair.

I live in a flat on a main street with perpetual air and pedestrian pollutions. I also burn incense on a daily basis. Since I work from home, my air purifier has to be constantly running 24/7. Especially since opening the window during sleep is NOT an option due to the noise from the main road.

I notice significant speed and quality improvement within the first month of purchase. The filtering efficiency is quite high considering its size. The only thing one needs to be mindful of, is to clean the ioning copper cone and the needles regularly (every 2 weeks), especially if you use it on an intensive basis.

The devise is also so quiet, that I can hardly notice it running.

Overall worth the investment. I can say bye bye to the HEPA based filter technologies.

Works wonderfully as a night light too!

After reading good reviews i thought i would buy this- not cheap but thought it would help with hayfever. When UPS delivered the item they wanted another £118 import tax- this was clear on the website and my recipes even stated ‘free shipping’. I have contacted the company twice for a refund ( i refused delivery) nothing yet- and i have now opened a pay pal dispute. The company not responding just leaves me feeling somewhat very disappointed. Customer services should be paramount. Do not recommended the company.

Die Lieferung war zügig. Produkt wirkt nicht so hochwertig wie auf den Bildern der Website. Es gibt keine ausreichenden Tipps zur Problemen. Das Gerät summt relativ laut, trotz Reinigung der Nadeln und des Kollektors. Auch scheint es nicht wirklich zu funktionieren - am Kollektor haftet kaum Staub o.ä. und im Raum liegt genauso viel Staub auf den Oberflächen wie vorher.

Great product, we’ve bought our first IonFlow about 10 years ago and now the second one in good for the upper floor.
It works great and makes dust heavier so this is not flying around. Great alternative to a filter.
Shipping is fast. Communication is great.

Silent effective very nice

The product may be good (I can not judge) but the customer service is the worst. They wouldn't accept my return although the product was unused. Have to try my luck via PayPal now.

Fantastic. This ionizer far exceeds expectations. Personally, I always leave it on and you can feel the difference compared to before. I keep it in my bedroom and one thing I've noticed is that I wake up more rested, and generally have cleaner nostrils in the morning. I'm thinking of buying a second one to put in the living room. Absolutely recommended.
