Poor delivery service
While LES provided good advice and the selected items were despatched quickly the igoods were delayed in the couriers local distribution centre for 5 days (including a weekend). A poor delivery service considering the costs incurred.

Excellent service from Gemma at the lifting equipment store, very easy account setup, first order arrived earlier than expected!
on another order we required a slight modification and serial numbers added which was no problem at all, and again quick delivery.
LES is now our prefered supplier of lifting equipment.

Having ordered some straps, there was a delay as a result of the courier. Gemma went above and beyond to help us and ensure that we had what we needed the following day.
Problems happen, and LES have shown that, they take them seriously and will sort your problems out.

There was no issue with the company…
There was no issue with the company direct, there was an issue with the delivery. The delivery address on the package was correct but presume the delivery company saw the business name on it & decided to try to deliver it to the business premises rather than the actual address on it & there was nobody there to sign for it. Meaning we had to go to collect it from them to be able to receive it

As your order was drop shipped by the manufacturers, we were not notified of this matter until we saw your review. If this has been brought to our attention, we would have gone above and beyond to turn your experience around and make it as smooth and successful as possible. This delivery has been escalated with the manufacturers so that this does not arise for future deliveries. We have also arranged for your carriage has been refunded in full for you.

Excellent Customer Service
We recently ordered a large fork lift Jib from LES which was sent to us direct from the manufacturers.
Unfortunately the Jib arrived on a pallet which had clearly been damaged during transportation and the Jib arrived minus locking pins.
I spoke with Millie in sales to explain the issue and the matter was dealt with quickly and efficiently and replacement pins were on their way from the manufacturer.
It's so nice that when an issue occurs that it is sorted out in a quick and efficient manner.
