Gary at Lifestyle watches guided me through the trade in and buying process. Very trustworthy and received a fantastic watch at the end . My watch was sent over and a balance was paid to Gary and my new watch was delivered next day . It’s easy to worry about this process but I can fully recommend Lifestyle Watches and I’ll definitely use them again .

He gave me an excellent deal on a beautiful Rolex GMT Master II.
The watch was shipped immediately and arrived the next day.
The watch was exactly as described and and came as a full set with box, papers, swing tags and even the original purchase receipt.

Purchased a very nice used Longines Master collection 42mm watch from Lifestyle Watches I had been looking at purchasing for some time, received great service and communication from Daryl during the transaction process.

The price was attractive given the appointments the watch features, the watch looks fantastic and was great value for money. It still has warranty left to run which is always nice to have.

The strap was measured at Lifestyle and some removed links put back in. Although a snug fit on my wrist, I decided to fit a leather strap on the watch which I prefer and is an option for this watch and is lighter to wear, just a preference.

Supplied with the original fantastic Longines box, manual and the case accessories, Daryl also included a watch holder case and cleaning cloth.

Packed very securely and safely, sent by Special Delivery and arrived next day.

So in summary, very pleased with the purchase and would highly recommend this company to other purchasers.

Absolutely superb service from Daryl at Lifestyle watches. Communication and advise was excellent. Dispatch and packaging was fanatic, my santos was as good as showroom condition and I’m sure I’ll be back in contact with these guys again when I want to exchange my watch, have one polished or purchase an additional. If you seen something you like in their stock, don’t hesitate, you won’t have a better purchase experience anywhere else!!

I was blown away by the customer service I was shown by Gary and Daryl, as soon as I saw they had a watch I had been looking out for, I gave them a ring and organised to come in to their cool new offices in Bathgate to view it.
