I ordered a TV from this website. They have taken the money from my account, but all phone numbers are dead and now the website has stopped working. I cannot contact them via any means. It’s disgusting that people can take money for something without any intention to actually deliver what was paid for.
In response to their reply: how can anyone contact you directly when your phone numbers are dead, you dont respond to emails and the online chat doesn’t respond either to messages? Sorry but your replies to customers are just a sham! I have taken it up with my bank!

Just report to your bank ASAP!!
Had the same experience as most of you on here with misdelivered and will give me a crock pot or cash alternative. They misdelivered twice so I just contacted the bank (Natwest) and they refunded me within a week. As soon as I got the refund, this scam company then emailed me saying they can't go ahead with the order as I've complained to the bank. Asked if I could withdraw my complaint and they would delivery the PS5 console...I didn't bother wasting my time replying to them!!

Whoever put a review saying trying to get a refund through their bank but was not hopeful My Bank got my money back for me and I paid by a Visa Card so contact your bank ASAP.

Bought washer dryer machine on 24/12/24, “misdelivery” on my day of delivery then I waited another week, they send me the same email “misdelivery” and now I can’t access website! Please avoid at all costs!! Have to now go through my bank to get my money back! These people are disgusting!

I have been getting thoroughly frustrated with the no contact on their available Chat, form and telephone line and decided to Google them….
They are clearly scammers but have set up a very good website which will and has sucked alot of people in to parting with cash. Good luck to you all in reclaiming hopefully from your banks. Can’t believe the website is still able to run! Thieves

This is a scam company.
This is a scam company and do not be fooled by their reply to the reviews. Beware. Like countless other people who have shared their experience on Trust Pilot, we cannot all be wrong. They can refute the allegations all day long but they are telling lies. Do not spend any money here. I ordered an item for £1700 and it never arrived. The company do not communicate with you by phone or through the chat function. Despite multiple attempts to call them as well as asking for a call back, no actual conversations take place. The responses are by email and are lies. Like others I have had the same offer of a compensatory cooking pot which I don’t want as well as the option of a refund. Yet despite asking for the refund, it is not acknowledged or forthcoming. This is Theft and is criminal. I have had two separate emails from the company claiming they mis-delivered the item to different addresses elsewhere in the country. This Modus Operandi is the same others have written about. Are you not amazed by this? It must be the most incompetent delivery system in the country as no one gets their goods but they do somehow manage to go to all the wrong addresses. They then ignore the law on GDPR and give you the made up addresses via ema saying that it went to that place by mistake. Ask yourself this, if their process was actually real and the driver calls you 30mins before arriving, the delivery would never end up at the wrong address. This company does not exist on Companies House. I have checked. The only firm there of this name is not shown to run this business. I have reported this to Action Fraud and will be raising a concern with other relevant agencies I can find. They need to be stopped. People are losing their hard earned money to this scam.
I have also spoken to the actual business owner for the real Company who has reported this car to action fraud on Ref:NFRC241207068869.

This company is a scam. Avoid at all costs. Initially all looks good then you try to check up on things and you cant reach them. The phone numbers dont work, the website doesnt work and of course if you have ordered something then they have your email and address to sell on.
Cannot think why Google has not removed them by now. Thank goodness I paid with AMEX. All refunded and card blocked. Be warned.

Three times delivered to the wrong…
Three times delivered to the wrong address, each time in a totally different location. I think this company is a scam. I had already asked for a refund after the second miss delivery, still not acknowledged, let alone refunded. My experience of their failures to deliver what was to have been a Christmas gift, began before Christmas. Don't buy from this company. I note that none of the links to the company work anymore. I think you won't get your money back. I am following up with a refund through my payment card. It is a scam.

Among the other reviewers here, I can also relate to your anger and frustration with these scammers. It’s all too easy for people to set up and take what’s not theirs.
I bought a Christmas present for my wife on December 16th. Due to delayed delivery, I received an email apologizing for the miss-delivery to the wrong address.
Since my item was supposed to be delivered yesterday, and I had received a second heartfelt and apologetic email, and miss-delivery, I felt something was off.
Here’s what Lifestyle Home Appliances email kept me engaged with:
As you know, as a gesture of goodwill, your order will include a CROCK-POT CSC063 Slow Cooker – Stainless Steel, valued at £50.39, at no additional cost. Additionally, you will receive a £50.39 cashback, which will be reimbursed to your card on the day of delivery. Upon delivery, both gifts are yours to keep as an expression of our appreciation. You can choose to receive a free slow cooker and £50.39 cashback or £100.78 cashback.
I attempted to email them to cancel the order, but it seems that the domain is inactive because the email address was not found.
I’m truly sorry to hear about everyone else’s experiences in this thread. I wish you all the best in tracking down what’s yours.

Since I can’t respond to your review, I’m editing my previous remark.
While your response seems pleasant, it’s not very different from the numerous emails I’ve received apologising for delayed deliveries. However, you still lack a clear method of contact and, unfortunately, aren’t willing to offer enough condolences to help me reach you and discuss the resolution of the unreceived item I’ve already paid for.
“The money has been transferred, received, and is in your possession, unlike my order is in mine.”
It would be greatly appreciated if you could provide a direct email address for communication. It would also be help if you could provide a contact number for speaking to you in person.
This contact information should be visible for all to see.
Do the right thing and prove that you’re not a scammer.
I’m writing for everyone affected by this and anyone who will be in the future. All the contact information appears on what is now a reactivated website, but it’s fake.
