SCAMMERS - do NOT transact with this company
SCAMMERS. I've been scammed and now I feel very silly and ashamed of my gullibility. They just asked for bank account details so that they could refund me (more than 14 days later). Amazing cheek, considering I paid on a credit card! Summary history captured below. Off to report them now to action fraud, cc company, etc. Everyone's review is correct, its a very strong scam web site which appears alongside all the tried and trusted ones in google searches, my browser did not block the site. I initially ordered on 14th Dec 25, but sadly note the site is still up and running and able to take payments today! There needs to be a faster/better way to take scam sites down and improve public awareness.

Your communications are appalling.
• Your help # rings for ages before going through to vm. Nobody ever picks up. I have left 2 messages this morning on your support line prior to receiving the below notification, but nobody got back to me.
• You offer a chat service that doesn’t respond to even the simplest question no matter how long you wait, i.e. no service at all, a false service, a gimmic
• I received but one email on placing the order and no updates what-so-ever about delivery, not even on the day before
• The email I sent earlier this morning was not responded to.
I have been waiting 2 weeks without a washing machine because I foolishly trusted in your company. I will now have to cancel the order and spend a fortune ordering from somewhere I know to be reliable for next day delivery. I need to be able wash my children’s clothes today and before Xmas!
The offer of a crock-pot and another week wait for free delivery is NOT accepted as compensation. The only thing that could stop me publishing this review, is the immediate delivery of my washing machine before the end of tomorrow the 21st December.
I therefore, request an immediate refund with confirmation sent today. I will be leaving the above review regardless, which I suspect will be further aggravated today by a non-response to this email also.
Please do not embarrass yourselves with the suggestion of Christmas season causing problems, it’s not like professional businesses don’t know of, and plan for, this period every year.

As with previous victims, following my negative review I received an email to say that they were refunding and not to dispute with the credit card as this would impact their ability to process the refund. Surprise, surprise..the date by which I should have received the refund has now past and I have disputed the charge with Amex. Never buy from this company..they are scammers.

Very Bad Company
Dyson ordered on 31st December and got an email regarding a misdelivery; a new delivery date, including a compensation item for a smeg toaster, was sent to me.
The date for this was 16th January 2025, but as you can guess, no items were delivered.
I've done some investigation and found that this company was investigated for rouge traders. I also found out that many other customers have received the exact treatment that I have endured.
I will not contact them for a refund, as I don't want to give this company more information.
The same excuse reply is posted to all customers who complain.

This company is a complete SCAM and do not use at all costs, bought a fridge freezer for £1091 and then got an email that it was mis delivered to the wrong address. They then told me they’ll put a free toaster to compensate.
This is all a lot of rubbish.

Look on Trust pilot all 5* reviews are from 'people' who have only ever left one review.
What you actually get:
1. confirmation of order
2. No response to phone calls, live chat or Emails.
3. Message saying product has been misdelivered to an address the other end of the UK.
4. Another delivery date with promise of a gift as compensation - just a way of keeping your money for another couple of weeks- again it doesn't arrive.
5. Once you report to Police, Action Fraud & Trading standards - claim your payment back as 'item not received'
6 Cheeky f*****s then dispute your refund with provider to keep YOUR MONEY even longer.
How this scam has not been removed or blocked is astoundingly unbelievable - unlike the scam website - which is better than most genuine ones!!

I reported this on 18th December 2024 to the hosting company ( hostinger.com) in reference to these scammers as they are in total control of hosting this website and allowing it to be live up and running site. ......lifestylehomeappliances.com
They wanted reams of evidence dispite all the links to various sites with 1 star reviews. I have messaged them again as i see after a month now hundreds more people have been scammed.
I have also sent all this information to a consumer show run live everyday by the BBC as maybe if they contact Hostinger they might listen to them and take the website down !!!

A scam company that shouldn’t be trading
Definitely a scam company and I will be telling trading standards, they should not be allowed to trade. Ordered a dishwasher 26th dec, got an email to deliver jan 2nd, receive an email that’s it’s gone to completely the wrong address and it’s gone back to the depot and will be redelivered on 9th Jan. we will receive a £50 crockpot as ‘goodwill’. 9th Jan comes and goes and we receive another email it has been delivered to the wrong address! I had already set the wheels in motion for a refund with credit card company.

Can't believe that I've been scammed…
Can't believe that I've been scammed for £67.00 for a Karcher window vac ,the order was supposed to be delivered a week ago had email to say it had been delivered to an address in Yorkshire but was now on its way with a complementary toaster, needless to say no vac or toaster and emails keep bouncing back ,I have reported this to my bank and will also report to the police.

never arrives
Hi what went wrong i ordered from a company who do not sell anything just a promise , you never receive what ever you order and then they deny ever selling you anything . First excuse mis delivery, asked wait another week nothing has arrived , now you contact them only you cant no telephone number seems to work online contact doesnt seem to work last resort you try to be cancel they then tell you no such order was ever made .Be warned these people are cheats lairs they just take your money. Oh if i am wrong sue me lol love to see you in court !!!!! The reply shows that you still not ready to resolve the issue so handed over to my C/C company. Please anyone who thinks they can deal with this company think again before you buy they take your money and then just make excuses for delivery then they tell you that they have never had an order from you what a joke

This Company doesn’t exist!
I’d give this Company zero stars but you don’t go down that low! Not sure what their game is but they won’t get away with this! My Credit Card Company are on to them. So annoyed after waiting in all day for a non-existent delivery after I was told last week it had been delivered to a Yorkshire address! Free toaster for our trouble or click on a link for a full refund! More like another few hundred quid taken!

I gave you my order no which is 71739 and name under izabelle casson ordered on 26 December 2024 (boxing day) address is norwich the same as yours but you'll find that fairly quickly . You told me now there's now record of my order ' LIERS . Your phone number you told me to contact I've been trying to ring for nearly 3 weeks it's doesn't work .your live chat doesn't work . Your email address you do not reply to . You are all over Facebook and teip advisor as scammers telling everyone their parcels are deleiverd to wrong address. And rebooting and offering free gift as a sorry . Still no deliveries. I still have no refund . I ordered an appliance and like many others they sent email to say it had gone to a wrong address. And would be delivered today
They haven't responded to email, live chat. I've tried to call but the automated service takes you round in circles.
Looks like I've also been scammed, who should I put a complaint into , contact etc?
Further to the response you wrote, this is automated BS.
