Happy with purchase and process! Recommended! I got the walking pad for my standing desk and plyometrics boxes

Very nice and professional people to deal with

People that know their product and give good advice.

Great customer service, they went through with us how the machine worked and any tips they had for maintaining the machine.

They were able to answer all the questions we had.

I oredered a stationary bike from the Wetherill Park store on 12th June and was told that as soon as the order came to that store, that I would be told so in an email. I was not. After 11 days of waiting I rang the 1300 number to find out the progress of the order, and although the customer service person was pleasant, she couldn't tell me about its progress. There was also no direct telephone number to the Wetherill Park store itself, which would have been very helpful. I rang again several days later (25th June), and was told that it had come in on the 18th June i.e. one week earlier. I was not emailed,as promised, on the day that it arrived. After hearing this,I went straight down to the Wetherill Park store and picked it up. The product is fine and I got everything that I ordered. However, the breakdown in communication was frustrating and unacceptable; I can only recommend that you improve this. It's very important to customers that they are communicated with properly, and kept in the loop.

Friendly staff and hassle free purchase and delivery and excellent product.

Easy and quick purchasing process as I used Click and collect. Staff at the collection center (Broadmeadows) was friendly and helped me to load the treadmill to my vehicle.

Great product. Takes time to assemble but works well so far but it has only been a few weeks. Very happy with delivery efficiency, assistance and the actual product.

Overall I am pleased with my spin bike purchase. Packaging was great. It was easy enough to put together.

Terrible customer service if it breaks you have no replacement parts available kiss your $1000 investment goodbye!

Best treadmill and bench, beats exercising in the rain for the rest of my life.
Best and only place to shop for such good quality equipment.
Best business to buy such specialised products from, very grateful for your very timely assembly and delivery, and overall great service.

Easy to purchase ,pickup arrangements efficient.

Loved my Lifespan Fitness Pilates accessories so much, I ordered a set for my daughter!

Procurement and delivery process was very efficient and visible.

Easy to order and at a good price.

Great customer support. Quries addressed on a timely basis and required information promptly shared.

I had an exceptional experience recently with Lifespan. After ordering an elliptical trainer I found that one of the cables had been sliced. This prevented the machine from being able to power on.

I reached out to the Lifespan team, and was surprised how quickly a team member got in contact with me. They offered me multiple different options to address the fault that best suited my situation. After choosing the best option, a tech came out quickly and repaired it.

The whole experience felt effortless, but the quick and friendly support from the team really made it stand out for me.

Fast efficient service and easy to order online. The questions I had were answered in a short time period.
The product is amazing and of high quality.

Pick up was easy, the guy helped my parents and I load it into the car and tried his best to not damage anything. Website is easy to use.

Excellent customer service - both in the showroom when we were trying to make a final decision. Online ordering was seamless and pick-up was straightforward with no hassle at all. Treadmill was easy to set up
