Lifespan Fitness Anmeldelser

I just ordered a key for a Lifespan treadmill we got for free. But I still give it 5 stars since it was a heavy treadmill indicating quality when I picked it up and it worked straight away as soon as we got the key even though it had probably done a lot of kilometres in its life.

Really quick delivery. Great communication and everything was as described.

The treadmill cover we ordered doesn’t fit properly, even though we measured it to match the recommended size. It needs to be a bit longer and higher so that the cover can adequately be drawn with the drawstring to secure it over the front motor section.
We will need to get another one custom made now that fits properly.

Easy to order, great product, very happy with my item.

very good customer service, very responsive, great screening tool to identify delivery issues

Ordered the Exer-80 upright bike. It arrived in less than a week. Pretty straightforward to assemble, had it up and working quickly. Really good range of resistance for low to average fitness. Happy with the bike.

It was easy to purchase what I needed. I got updates until my purchase arrived.

Great communication from Lifespan throughout my purchase and collection.
The item was on backorder and I felt looked after at each step of the purchase and receipt of the item.
I self-collected from their Wetherill Park warehouse and this was made very easy and efficiently. Staff are friendly and helpful.
The product is fantastic, easy to assemble (with assistance) and works so well. The cross trainer is easy to use and sturdy, as if it was commercial grade, fit for a gym. Super convenient the folding mechanism as it's stored in a small room woth kids accessing it daily.
Love it and can't wait to use it more.

Great customer service. I absolutely love my new reformer Pilates machine

Love my new bike, prompt delivery and very easy to order online

The Lady was lovely in the shop but my name is Tracey not Tralee I’d love a new receipt please. Very happy with the machine

Great price, excellent service & quick turnaround made me feel like a valued customer.

Collected Pilates bench with no concerns with very helpful staff loading it on the trailer. Easy to unpack and instructions were easy to follow. A minor issue with the oil bottle leaking with the leakage contained within the zip lock bag and two plastic washers were missing. Thankfully we had some plastic washers in the workshop as an alternative.
