Dog Treats
My dog and I really appreciate the free samples of treats that come with each package! However, this time we received cat treats, and unfortunately, I don’t have a cat. I’d hate for them to go to waste, so if it’s possible to only include dog treats or dog-related items in future packages, we would really appreciate it. Thank you so much!

Broken Box
Everything was great on your end. Thanks for your prompt service! HOWEVER, one of the 2 (40 lb. or more) large boxes was broken open on the long side of the box. It was only attached on one end. I am shocked that the small package of ugly bones (which was in the box along with a 40 lb. bag of dog food) didn't fall out in transit. I received everything I ordered. I noticed that there was only one strip of tape to close the box, and it was partly to one side of the middle instead of down the middle. Perhaps shipping to North Dakota requires a little more tape on these heavy boxes (and gentler handlers!)?

I tried to update the ship date and it was a little confusing because it looked like the update to the ship date didn't change for the upcoming delivery. So I tried again and I ended up receiving 2 deliveries😅. It's ok because I was charged properly and we will end up using the 2nd delivery but was just a bit confusing on the website.

Website Ordering Difficult
I ordered on your Website and found it more difficult to navigate and order from than other Websites. I got two bags of food, instead of the one 6.6lb bag that I tried to buy. Shipping was prompt and well packed. I'm starting the food with our puppy tonite, at her breeder's recommendation.
