We find the website difficult to order…
We find the website difficult to order from in that often we cannot access our login as my wife's id and password. So difficult that I had to set up my own id and password to be able to order online.

We've used Life's Abundance AutoShip for our dog's food for many years. It has been an extremely easy and efficient experience. It's so easy to adjust the delivery time frame when needed and even have a small bag delivered to us at a different address when we're traveling with our dog. The food always shows up very quickly on our doorstep - couldn't be better. And the food is excellent quality!

Delivery was left along the long (uphill) driveway shared with two neighbors, not near my house (at the top of the hill). Last delivery was left at my neighbor’s house; in months past it was dropped off as every other delivery person for other products.

Healthy 12 yr old Golden
We have been feeding our Golden Retriever Life’s Abundance food since he was three. He just had his 12th birthday. Our vet is always blown away at how good his coat and teeth look.
We are on auto-delivery. It comes right to our front door. Great price too! I would highly recommend Life’s Abumdance!

Life's Abundance is the most forward -thinking pet product company in the US right now
I've been a breeder for 40 years and show my dogs too. I can honestly tell you that I went and visited the company and their manufacturers and poured over their ingredients before feeding it. I was astounded. I never knew a dog food company to be so devoted to the highest quality ingredients, unlike other brands that cut corners, promise alot, but just have a cool looking bag. As a canine nutritionist, I've observed them also acquiring unique, unheard of new patents on products/ingredients the industry is going to freak out over and will beat every other company out there making pet products. As to their company computer system 'glitch" that one month--it was fixed overnight by the man who wrote it. Over the next month the entire company came to work every day, and weekends, calling every client to make everything right again. They even sent out FREE FULL-SIZED products! People diss them because they are MLM--I picked them because of it--its employee owned, so private equity can't come in and cheapen the products...their lives depend on it. They can't change anything on the reps without their consent. I like that. Now they have research and developement like Purina ProPlan that shows that Life's Abundance will be the industry leader for decades to come. Price: You feed HALF of what you feed other foods. Can you believe it costs $4 per feeding for junkie Kibbles and Bits and only about $2.49 per feeding. People only look at the price of the bag but don't take into account the density of the ingredients and that they don't feed as much! Their auto-ship is second to none, and so is their customer service. I can't think of a company that cares more about their clients (pets) than Life's Abundance.

Easy to adjust and easy to order. Delivery was left outside my gate. Not acceptable. Especially when my gate is only 3.5” and they could just reach over. In today’s climate with all the thefts, I am surprised you would leave it outside my fenced area

Orders arrive quickly and my older dog is doing very well on it.
From order to delivery is about two days for me (in Washington state). The website makes it easy to adjust timing of autoship orders. And while the chow is not cheap, my mini-aussie has been on this for the last three years and is doing well despite hitting 16 years old this spring.

We love your product and have been using it for years.
The rating I give is due to the fact that you only use FedEx as your delivery Channel. They constantly lose packages leave them at the wrong address or dump them near the roadside which is 1200 ft away from our house even though instructions on their website indicate that it should be delivered to the front door. Is extremely frustrating and we have told other vendors,successfully, to use other means of shipping. I hope you will review your list of vendors that could provide shipping and provide other alternatives
