Love their tees and sweats. I own an inordinate amount. But their customer service sucks.
They ordered another sweatshirt recently and when it arrived it had two stains on it! One was an ink pen stain and the other unidentifiable. Their solution was to require me to print and complete forms, package and mail back the damaged item. They promised to send a clean unstained replacement - it has been 2 days and I still don’t have shipping verification. They should have just replaced the damaged goods without requiring a return. They should have expedited the replacement vs making me wait weeks.
So I guess I will be looking for a different business for my tees and sweats.

Our family has been buying their tees for over 10 years. During the past 2 years we began to notice problems: certain graphics on the tees began to wash out very quickly. They would literally disappear to leave behind just a faint outline. The holes are another terrible issue. I think we all know what kind of holes I'm talking about. I sent an email to CS and they hinted that I was trying to scam them. They offered me a 15% discount on my next order. Most recently, their new printing method is awful and feels like crunchy plastic. We gave up on this company. They don't stand behind their products.

Update: customer service provided gift certificate to replace the 4 month old shirt. I will replace and consider ordering in the future.
Love the shirt! Softness, color and design! Hate the fact that a $30 tee bought as a gift couldn’t hold up to 4 washings!! Pending how customer service responds, I will not be purchasing again and cannot recommend making a purchase with them.

My order accidentally went through twice. Customer service handled it quickly and issued a refund. My tshirts are high quality in fabric and stitching. love this company

My go-to company for fun t-shirts is Life Is Good! I prefer the Crusher weight fabric over the Crusher-Lite fabric, which is sometimes too thin for my taste. I often order shirts as gifts for my children and grandchildren, and they all like them, too! They have frequent sales, so unless you fall in love with one specific shirt, it is more economical to wait for a sale. I've also ordered several of their sweatshirts, which are well-made and cozy. I've returned just one or two items, and never had a problem getting my refund.

I have been buying these tee shirts because they havealways been soft, roomy, and cool for hot temps in the summer.
Nowadays, their fabric makes you sweat especially if it is the crusher tee shirt.
Sizes are no longer as roomy so when you wash them, they shrink. Crusher tees now run 1 size smaller so good luck with that.
It's a shame that the quality has changed since this was my go to in treating myself to a casual shirt.

I recently purchased a dress from Life Goals that looked beautiful in the online images but was completely different when it arrived. The dress was of poor quality and did not match the description or photos on their website.

When I contacted customer service to request a full refund, they offered only a partial refund or store credit and refused to cover the return shipping costs. Despite the clear misrepresentation, they insisted that I pay for the return shipping, which is unacceptable.

I would not recommend Life Goals to anyone. Their product descriptions are misleading, and their customer service is unhelpful. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

I have been purchasing Life is good shirts for years; with that being said, the quality of the shirts in the past 2+ years has greatly declined. I can wear a shirt one time and it has small holes in it. My husband had a shirt he liked and it got a small hole in it I washed it on casual and when I took it out of the dryer it was multiple holes as one line of stitching came loose. This is ridiculous as the shirts are expensive. I personally will not buy another shirt for myself from them. My husband likes the sayings so I can say it for him.
I spoke with customer service and told them my problems with my recent purchases and the young woman that I spoke to said “I understand how you feel”. Really? I asked her to notify management of my concerns and she didn’t seem to care?

Excellent Customer Service.
I had placed an online order but needed to cancel it. I called customer service and spoke to Anthony. He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond in assisting me. He was able to issue my refund promptly and with no questions asked.

After 9 months the lens coating is worn off from the sunglasses. Company will not stand behind them! They seem to care less. NEVER again will we buy ANY of their products, and we will inform our retailer of our experience.

Overpriced merchandise, been waiting over 10 days for the delivery, and unprofessional comments from customer service. Horrible experience and never again.

I like the product. The shirts are comfy and well made with nice designs. My only gripe is that I ordered a "jet black" t-shirt with a sunflower design that looked like a really dark "jet black" on the web site. The t-shirt I received was really a dark gray. I called their very helpful and responsive customer service (no phone wait time!), but he told me that is how their jet black looks. I had a prepaid shipping label to me by email within a minutes.

I like the cornflower blue tshirt with the flowers but I didn’t like the faded green or purple violet t shirts. They’re pretty light colored and stretch out too much

Love the new Life is Good small graphic tee shirts. Just received my order of 1 V neck shirt sleeve tee and one round neck tee shirt.
I highly recommend these new designs.

Love the shirts. Never had a problem with customer service. Never had a problem with the shirts - minus one small issue, after much wear they will fade a bit. But they are the most comfortable shirts ever! Just bought sweatshirts and they are so cozy!!

ditto a prior review I saw here: I had the exact same experience. Would expect either better product or better after-service considering how much they charge for their product: " I bought several shirts over the years. I’ve loved their products. But their images started coming off and it looks very shabby. Life is Good’s customer service sucks!!! They brushed it off as “the shirts are two years old. So sorry.” Well, then.. put that on your product and website. “Will look worn and shabby in less than two years.” I would not recommend this company to anyone.
