I am disappointed I sent the order back using the shop's etiquette and since I sent the order back I have neither received the money nor a reply to my 6th e-mail, I feel cheated.

I placed an order on March 24th, and until now I have not received any information about the shipment or an email response about when I can expect the shipment. I do not recommend, zero respect for the customer.

I ordered things a month ago, no response about shipping. After that I wrote an email to support and got a reply that they apologize and are already sending me the order, another week passed and out of 5 ordered products I got only one. I wonder where the other clothes went.
How can I comment on this ? Never again, just hoping for a quick money refund.

Publicité mensongère !!! Leur site n’est jamais à jour 😡 j’ai commandé 3 robes qui semblaient à priori disponibles sur leur site internet le 26 mars 2024. Jusqu’à 8 jours plutard je constate que ma commande n’a jamais été expédiée. Lorsque je les appelle le 06/04/2024 donc 8 jours après, on m’informe finalement que la commande a été annulé le 04 avril et qu’un remboursement a été procédé sur mon compte. Je suis choquée car je n’ai pas été informé du tout par mail et ce n’est que quand j’ai appelé ! Je rappelle que j’attendais ces articles pour fêter Ramadan. Là le temps est très court pour que j’arrive à trouver d’autres articles dans des délais raisonnables !!! Je suis vraiment écœurée car j’imagine que je n’aurais pas appelé j’aurais attendu en vain !!! 🤬
J’ai essayé d’appeler à nouveau le service client pour vérifier la disponibilité de certains articles afin de passer une nouvelle commande et là à ma grande déception la plupart du temps ils n’ont que des tailles xs a S alors que le site affiche que les tailles M ou L sont également disponibles. Si on a un M disponible c’est par coup de chance !!!

Donc Arrêtez de tromper les gens avec les articles que vous affichez comme disponible sur le site mais en réalité ce n’est jamais vrai !!! surtout soyez assez réactifs et bienveillants en cas de désagréments 🤬

Ich war erst skeptisch, da man nicht mit Paypal zahlen kann. Bin nun aber mehr als zufrieden! Das Paket war nach ca einer Woche da und das Kleid, welches ich bestellt habe ist unglaublich schön! Der Stoff ist qualitativ hochwertiger, als ich dachte und die Passform ist PERFEKT! Werde auf jeden Fall wieder was bestellen.

Das Kleid war gar nicht wie auf den Bildern. Wahrscheinlich sehr viel Photoshop. Ich warte schon seit >2 Wochen auf mein Geld, nachdem die Retour verschickt wurde.

I am residing in the UK and the order took less than 14 days to reach me once ordered as per their policy.

Not going to lie i was really skeptical about the website after reading the reviews. The good reviews were also given by people with only just 1 review. Despite all that, i still received my order. My only comment is that, i bought 3 items and the jacket was missing the spare button which should come with the jacket since it gave me an empty pouch meant for the spare button. Quality is splendid so it aligns with what i paid for regardless. Customer service replied me fast too both on Whatsapp and email. So kudos for that. I might return again.

I have never had such a horrible experience with a company, I strongly advise to choose a different shopping site unless you have time and money to waste. I have made a purchase on the 11th of December, I have received a confirmation e-mail and information that I will receive a tracking notification as soon as the parcel is transferred to a delivery service. I understand it's a busy month but I did not receive the tracking notification, so I contacted the company again on the 21st of December, they confirmed that the order has not been shipped and that it is currently in transit towards a shipping point. I have not received a notification (no, it was not in the spam folder) because the parcel has still not been sent out (after 3 weeks of waiting), so I requested a refund on the 31st of December. I even had problems with the refund, I had to contact them again because on the 16th of January I still had not received my refund and I was informed that the company had technical difficulties. Fortunately, after a long wait I did receive the refund, after 3 weeks of requesting one. Overall, I am appalled by this experience, the items are moderately priced, therefore I had my hopes up. However, the fact that my order was never sent out and I had to contact the company first every single time that something went wrong on their end proves that this company is a complete scam and I would avoid it all costs. I wish I read the truthful reviews beforehand. The company never offered any compensation, not even a discount, I am just lucky that I managed to receive a refund after over a month long wait.

The most beautiful and unique dresses I ever found! Ordered my New Year dress and it fits perfectly, looks amazing, quality is so good! I was worried if I will get my order in time, but it took only 10 days and I received my order right a few days before the night, which is great. Very satisfied with the service and products :)

Das Kleid ist wirklich super schön, aber definitiv den preis nicht wert.
Die Ösen von den Trägern sind teilweise verbogen und der Stoff ist sehr dünn.

Dazu steht überall "Made in Frankfurt". Dann frage ich mich, wieso die Ware aus Polen geliefert wird.
Ebenso war die Verpackung nicht im Ansatz so edel, wie der Eindruck der Seite. Die Ware war einfach nur in eine Plastiktüte gestopft und verschickt. Sehr lieblos

I have been shopping with this brand since 2020 and I can safely say it has become my favourite place to find wardrobe staples! It can be a little on the pricier side at times but the high quality and articulate designs make it worthwhile. As I've done all my shopping online, at times the sizing can be tricky but aside from this I am not understanding all the negative reviews surrounding this brand!
