Jest ok ale długi czas oczekiwania na zamówienie
Kontakt z firmą ok, natomiast zamówienie bardzo długo szło bo 17 dni. Także warto to wziąć pod uwagę zamawiając. Myślę, że miesiąc przed jakimś wydarzeniem będzie ok. Sukienka bardzo ładna natomiast była zapakowana tylko w torbę kurierską, bez dodatkowych pokrowców przez co nie sprawia to dobrego wrażenia. Sukienka nie jest tania więc spodziewałam się ładniejszej przesyłki. Była też bardzo zmięta ale udało się ładnie wyprasować i teraz ładnie się prezentuje. Wydaje mi się, że rozmiary są małe, dla drobniejszych osób.

A Beautiful Experience from Start to Finish
I ordered a dress from Lichi and was so impressed-not only with the quality and fit, but also with the whole unboxing experience. The dress arrived beautifully packed and even had a subtle, elegant scent that made it feel extra special. I was also amazed by how quickly it was delivered to Switzerland-much faster than I expected! The design is timeless and feminine, just as pictured. Customer service was also very kind and responsive. I'm already looking forward to my next purchase!

The delivery was quite fast
The delivery was quite fast, don’t remember exactly how many days. However it’s better to order at least 2 weeks in advance if you live in Cyprus and need a dress to the specific date. The quality of ordered dresses is perfect, all look amazing. True to size. Will continue to order for sure.

Aber meine Erfahrung war sehr positiv. Das Retourenlabel habe ich direkt auf Anfrage erhalten. Besonders überrascht hat mich, dass sich der Kundenservice von sich aus bei mir gemeldet hat, um sicherzustellen, dass ich mein Label erhalten habe. Ich persönlich hatte keine Probleme mit meiner Retoure.

Chic and arrived fast!!
I ordered a top that arrived in just 3 days to Canada!! It was a great surprise.. i wore the top to a photoshoot and it was def one of the main outfits. There was a little thread on the side that i had to cut(hopefully it wont mess it up ) would order again(but on sale😆)

Amazing experience
Came in four days which was a shock because I don’t live in Dubai.
Quality was amazing and looked exactly like the pictures.
True to size, and customer service was so good at answering my questions before purchasing.
Will be buying from Lichi again, and I would recommend to anyone if they need formal outfits, or more casual looks!
