Excellent value - I did need to get the product activated as it wasn't done when I bought it, so that's why it's 4 stars rather than 5. But I did get a support call with a nice chap on a Saturday who helped fix it and get it up and running

very good customer service. happy with everything so far.

Had a couple of issue with install of software, emailed their support, got quick reply with appointment, they took remote access and sorted the issue, agent was vey helpful.

The incredible patience of the contact person, which I experienced during several e-mail contacts. Then there is the step-by-step execution, accompanied by a video footage. But finally, the direct help with the installation of the software. In two words: GREAT SUPPORT.

Harry phoned me to arrange for a license to be installed on my laptop. Was very easy and he dealt with it all from start to finish. Will use these guys again.

Installing of the software was problematic and not overly simple, HOWEVER the customer support was brilliant, and quick, Harry from the team contacted me and sorted the issue perfectly. Will be sure to use this company again

Apparently I am not allowed to tell the truth about my experience with this company whilst they are able to post countless fake positive reviews of themselves online. This probably won’t get posted either in which case I give up.

Called at the agreed time. Very patient and very knowlegeable. Made the whole process of getting me backup and running look so easy - a sure sign someone knows what they are doing!

Absolutely fantastic service, Had an inital issue due to firewall but they remotely fixed the issue and were very helpful, won't go anywhere else for my software packages now!!

Absolutely fantastic company to work with. They delivered the software exactly as described. I had a few issues installing the programs myself, but their team was incredibly helpful, efficient, and had everything up and running for me in no time.

The level of customer service was outstanding from start to finish. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone.

The IT engineer, Harry, was extremely helpful. I had an issue with installation due to old 'fragments' of AutoCAD installation. Harry took control of my PC and worked for almost 2 hours to rectify the problem - eventually installing a later version of AutoCAD than I had paid for.
