Paid for 12 month Adobe Creative Cloud. It hasn't even been 3 weeks and my access has been revoked.

Positive buying experience but the real gem was the customer support.

I ordered incorrectly based upon my own incorrect assumptions, this was corrected quickly and without drama.

My own lack of clarity was also addressed quickly with emails coming like chatbot responses only clear and accurate to set me on the straight and narrow.

Dennis is a model of patience and clarity, exactly how you would hope customer support would be.

The product stopped working suddenly as the licence was removed from my autodesk account. The team rectified this within the day by giving me another licence, but of course it was inconvenient...
Using this option is a trade off because the far lower cost only works due to this licence route, but there is the possibility that your licence could stop working unexpectedly and you need the help of the support team from time to time

Due to the low price, I was sceptical at first, but you really do get full access to all Adobe Creative Pro apps.
The only downside since purchasing in August 2025 has been a temporary loss of access to apps, which was quickly resolved by the excellent technical support, who reply swiftly to all email enquiries. I would highly recommend LicenseLodge.

I bought a subscription to an Adobe Creative Cloud Account from LicenseLodge last December at a greatly discounted price than direct from Adobe. Excellent communication with details on how to get started and download the applications. One or two problems with Adobe, but on emailing LicenseLodge they quickly sorted the problem and got me up and running with Photoshop etc.

I encountered recurring problems with Adobe Creative as it kept logging me out. I reached out to the support team, and Jackie provided a wonderful prompt response along with excellent assistance.

Purchased access for adobe products, in the month and a half since I have have my access revoked twice, numerous times I have had to wait on their 24/7 live chat which isn't at all true because I have had 5+ hours without any response. I am now still without access, 4 days so far and unable to use any of the adobe products, I have now had to purchase from elsewhere as I cannot rely on them anymore. Truly awful.

The ordering process went smoothly and the license code arrived immediately. I was able to log in without any issues, and everything worked right away. The support team also responded to my questions quickly and in a friendly manner. Highly recommended!

Not only fast to respond to requests, but also proactive in delivering solutions when there’s a hiccup on their end. I’m also grateful that someone is offering legitimate licenses (organizational rather than private) at a much lower price than the default options.

The company is very good. I purchased a product from them and everything is working as expected. The customer support is also very helpful and quick to answer requests.

Well, Let's be honest for this price they will be teething problem and I have to charge settings a few times . But at the end of the day it works. Great value

Excellent support and smooth delivery. I accidentally entered the wrong email during checkout, but their team responded fast and corrected it right away. After that, I received my Adobe Creative Cloud order with no issues. Very happy with the service!
