Holy sh*****t. Please, I beg you...leave Licensekey24 immediately and save yourself. I am being necessarily dramatic in order to emphasize the importance of you running away! SAVE YOURSELVES. No-one should ever experience this Twilight Zone of a headache-inducing massacre.

At this point, I am just ANGRY with myself for even giving the time of day to this service. What an absolute SH******T-SHOW.

I accidentally purchased the Windows version for Microsoft Office 2016...needed Mac version...which seems to be happening to a few of us. So, I don't know if the Windows Version I received would have even worked...no telling.

I spoke to an unresponsive "CASSIE" regarding an exchange to get the Mac version for 2016 Microsoft Office.

After waiting over an hour in the chat (literally), I was finally sent this sketchy "DECLARATION" email I needed to sign and send back (imagine my surprise when I received a pathetic email that was crafted by a 1-year old who had sat on a keyboard with a full diaper on). I waited an hour for that. I was told several times to informally "hold on." Scam or not.... WOOOOOF!

I don't expect my money back, or an exchange at this point...I've considered it a lost cause (also, a lot of these reviews seem FAKE as hell...trust the negative ones).

Run away!

I purchased an Excel program that constantly de-activated itself. Adain took remote control of my computer and fixed the problem that has been plaguing me since I purchased. he was efficient, professional, very respectful he did an excellent job in resolving my problem. Je ne suis pas un expert et j'avais besoin d'une suite office pas dispendieuse et efficace Office 2010 a fait l'affaire et j'ai rencontré des problèmes d'installation mais quelques courriels et tout est réglé. Ils sont en mode solution...

I purchased an Office 2019 Pro key in Nov 2020. Was unable to activate...error said the key was in use. Emailed support and received another key. Got the same error. Asked for a refund...silence.

I am patiently struggling with a piece of software I recently purchased. I ordered and downloaded Visio 2010 Pro. I require the 32 bit version, which they advertise as an option. I was supplied with the 64 bit version; contacted the help desk and over 4 days of being resent a similar 64 bit file and finally requesting a refund, they have gone silent. I am not trying to hurt anyone, but it did not work out for me. I went to SoftwareKeep and re-purchased the same program (for less $) and was able to have it up and running in less that 20 mins. Still waiting to hear from Licensekey24 and I understand sometimes go wrong, but it is how you deal with issues which you should be measured on. So far, not good.

Poor customer service
I purchased a licence for Windows, I needed the Mac version , but the web site did not explicitly say this was for Windows only.
When I downloaded it, I found that it was for Windows and I could not use.
I contacted customer service and they said they would give me a credit for my purchase which I could use towards another product. They sent me a declaration which I needed to sign, saying that I had not activated the Windows key.
After returning the declaration to them I have not heard back from them, even though I emailed them a few times.

Daniel was such a knowledgeable and professional person. He resolved a very complicated problem for my Excel 2019 installation. I would like to recommend his full support - his persistence, extra patience and amazing problem solving skills. Perfect experience!!!

Hey there I purchased a product from you on Oct 16th 2020 I.D#20900 and the product isn't working I spoke with an agent on th 16th and she asked me to give her access to my computer, I did gave the permission and she tried to help but the product didn't download..I am a student and in dire need of this product is there a place i can call to get assistance please? I have assignments that is due, if not can I get the money refunded back to me please? I have sent emails upon emails and none is being responded to Thank you

Holy hell. I can't begin to describe the agony that dealing with this company was. After ordering 6 license keys for MS Office on the store page, we realized that (despite the fact that it does not say so anywhere on the store page) the keys purchased were for Windows only - a separate product page is used for the Mac edition. I contacted them for the exchange and was hung up on. They ignored my subsequent call backs. I contacted them through email and didn't hear back til the following week, when they offered a voucher for an exchange for the (more expensive) Mac version. When I ordered them, despite the product page claiming they were in stock, they advised me (after paying) that they actually were not. I contacted their in-browser advisor who told me that she was "verifying the issue" and then disappeared for two hours. I wrote another message asking for an update and she said she was still verifying. Three more hours went by. I wrote again to ask how long "verifying" the issue was likely to take. No response. 24 hours later, I messaged again. No response. Finally, much later, the keys were available on the order page, although no one contacted me. All told it took me 13 days to receive keys for a product that the website guarantees "upon successful purchase, you will immediately receive". They even underline 'immediately' on the page.

Totally ridiculous experience.

UPDATE: Also, it turns out at least one of the keys doesn't work in the region I'm in (Canada). I contacted them about this and have yet to receive a reply.

UPDATE: Apparently, License Key has given up even trying to provide functioning versions of the products I ordered and paid for. I've requested multiple calls and sent multiple emails in the two weeks since I finally received the keys and they've elected to ignore them. Seriously, don't buy from this company. It might be cheaper than some other places, but you can generally assume with those other places that if you pay for something they'll be interested in providing it to you. License Key 24 is only interested in the first part of that exchange - the part where you give them your money. After that, they couldn't care less.

I was not able to install office 2019 purchased. Online chat was very helpful! Guided me thru the install. I found online chat very prompt and helpful! Much better than emails or request for call to support.
