I bought Office Home/Student two weeks ago and spent a lot of time chatting with microsoft people and other people and the final word was i couldnt use office 13 with Windows 10 - Then Daniel Parker from Toronto came along and had office loaded on my new pc and working in 18 min. - Microsoft truly needs more people like Daniel Parker if and again i say if they want to keep going forward.

Daniel Parker helped me today. I received a message from microsoft telling me that my license was going to be expired in two days. After few minutes discussing with Daniel, I realized that wasn't their license. Indeed, I have a double license... I couldn't get of rid of the wrong license. Daniel offered his skills by taking control of my computer. Few minutes later problem solved. Really helpful even if it wasn't their product. Highly recommanded!

Suite à l'achat de Microsoft office 2019 Famille et petite entreprise, Microsoft me transmettait un message pour activer mon compte mais la clé de licence ne fonctionnait pas. J'ai contacté l'entreprise pour avoir une nouvelle clé et j'ai reçu un excellent service de Daniel Parker via le chat et Tiemviewer. Tout a été réglé à l'intérieur d'une heure.

The company had failed to provide a product within a reasonable timeline therefore I requested a refund (I needed the product as our server had crashed). I have been waiting for well over a month and the company has stopped responding to my emails. Very poor customer service.

Today I just bought Microsoft Home and Student 2010 from Licensekey24. This was an amazing experience with their team: Ashley and technician team who helped me out so much with my products from advising product information to assisting with technical difficulties. They are patient , caring, and helpful.
Next time I will absolutely come back and purchase products on Licensekey24.

Their website offers a 14 day cancellation policy. No explanation required. There are no conditions attached to their website cancellation policy. I completed their Revocation Form although I have had some email communication, their last response was we can not refund your money. I have asked them to honor their warranty. Based on all the comments below, I am not very hopeful. Should you use them? Read all the comments then you can decide.

It about a month since I posted the original comments and as I expected, I have received no response and they have not yet honoured their online warranty.

This company is terrible. Lip service at best. Very poor followup. My colleague and I purchased a license key for me from this company in early November 2020. We made numerous attempts to access the product purchased — over a period of two months, with them repeatedly sending — a used key code; a key for PC when we purchased MAC; attaching the key to the wrong account; updating contact information with errors; ignored requests for contact corrections; continued to send a PC instead of a MAC viable license code even after numerous advisements that a MAC viable version was purchased and required; told us they were out of MAC licenses and would have one the next day. A license key was never received. That last promise was almost two months ago. We finally purchased from another supplier. That was clean, simply installed and is working well. We are still waiting for a refund. I have recently been ask by their “service” department if the issue has been resolved. My email reply has bounced back.

I recommend you NOT buy from this company.

I have no complains that’s why I am giving a 5 star to Licensekey24. My windows 7 ultimate is working perfectly, the activation was went through right away, amazing. Even though Microsoft does not support windows 7, I was able to download all the security updates for windows 7 service pack 1 64 bit. I am planning in buying something else from these guys merci

I had difficulty with install that I think were my fault but Tony Bates who was my contact was a total gem and logged in with Teamviewer and got me up and running in minutes with very friendly and very efficient assistance. J’ai acheté la clé pour office 2019 famille et étudiant j’avais de la difficulté à faire rentrer la clé, j’ai contacté support technique ils m’ont bien idée et ça fonctionne super bien, excellent.

SCAM ALERT. I bought a license key for Office 2019 for Mac from licenskey24 on November 10, 2020. When I went to install it the installation programs said that the license key for windows. I have 31 emails to them with responses "login and trace the order, use this hyperlink, formatted and a clean install" etc, "we do not have any office2019 at the moment we will order from Microsoft etc. I have called multiple times speaking (number being off line most of the time) with their customer service reps (Mia Hudson, Edward Parker, Aiden Clark and Tony Bates) saying this will be rectified. Now it is January 15th, and I had asked for a refund since we cannot get this working. No response of course.
Since it is over 30 days I cannot get a credit card refund from my credit card company.
Please Stay away. I bought a copy off of Costco.ca for 30$ less on January 9th 2021 and had it working in less than one day

2021 01 26. I have had an update from Trust Pilot to provide additional personal information to the vendor. As I have spent over 20 hours and with this company with emails and phone calls and frustration for both myself and my end user to try to get this software running. I do not feel it is necessary to follow up with this company at this time as this is over 60 days since the original order was processed. Costco/Codes2go provided a working key in less than 10 hours.

I installed Office 2019 Pro on Janaury 20, 2021. The initial license code didn't work, but I asked Licensekey24 and they swiftly gave me the new license code which worked. Tony Bates was reasonable and able to fix the issue quickly. I recommend this product.
