Aggiornamento della mia precedente Recensione su acquisto Acrobat PRO DC 2022 del 16 Maggio 2026
La soc. Licendi mi ha risposto solo lunedì mattina del 18 maggio dopo un ulteriore sollecito e dopo che li ho avvisati che avrei cancellato l'ordine e richiesto il rimborso tramite PayPal che utilizzo per gli acquisti on line. Si sono scusati, giustificando il ritardo nella consegna del software, per la concomitanza dell'ordine con il fine settimana. Può essere anche vero, ma in tal caso occorre modificare le informazioni pubblicizzate che parlano di consegna immediata senza specificare altro. Infatti nel mio caso dovevo inserire per lavoro, molti segnalibri in un manuale voluminoso ed Acrobat è il più efficace per inserire e aggiornare i bookmark. Comunque il software funziona regolarmente e devo ritenere che sia anche attivato come comunicatomi sulla mail di Licendi, poiché non ho proceduto personalmente all'attivazione collegandomi al sito di Acrobat dove sono registrato.
In definitiva ho aumentato il punteggio sul giudizio complessivo ma senza andare oltre la sufficienza. Il risponditore automatico che viene adoperato in questi casi, non fornisce alcun aiuto e ripete sistematicamente sempre le stesse risposte che sono del tutto inutili e che fanno solo irritare l'acquirente.

After 2 attempts that did not work, he sent me an option that was suitable and easy to download. Also he responded promptly and his customer support was impeccable. Thank you Daniel for your help.

Tuvimos algunos problemas con la instalación del software porque no somos expertos en informática, pero el equipo de Licendi nos asesoró de maravilla y nos ayudó de inmediato. Estamos encantados con el servicio y la amabilidad, especialmente por parte de Daniel. ¡Los volveríamos a elegir sin duda!

We needed an specific Windows LTSC IoT version to install at one of our operator stations that use Siemens software. Licendi works swift and clear, licenses are (through mail) delivered quickly as a download link to the install software too. One time the link did not work, I mailed them and within 4 hours I received a new and working download link. Up till now, very nice and reliable experience :).

Had an issue with a licence but they sorted it and was quick to reply to emails and really gave a brilliant service and will certainly use this company again due mainly to customer service great people and thanks ! 😉

Horrible company....i purchased a software on their sitr which they guatanteed instant download...wqa looking for affinity designer for graphics design...then found out they bascially just named their software the same name as a reputable brand to scam people into thinking its them....so after not realizing and paying their fee..i gave them a chance and waited to see if it as actually worrhwhile...then i never got a download link after days of contacting them only to reasewrch their site a little better and the software was no longer listed on their site. After they never provided a link to download telling me to wait for their admin to handle my issue..i asked whats so complicated about prividing my download link and they kept reposting to wait for admin felt very petty not answering any of my questions, so at their mercy i tried it their way and waited and waited and days later i asked for a refund and they blocked my account. So i thwn contacted paypal and informed them that the company scammed me and got my refund but paypal informed me that the company says they delivered the product to me, which i then informed paypal was not true at all. Do not do buainess with these people. Horrible. Did all this for 30 dollars..lol.well i got my money back.

J’ai passé une commande mais je n’ai toujours pas reçu ma clé CD. Le support client est géré par un bot et cela fait déjà 30 minutes que j’attends sans aucune réponse. On me demande simplement d’attendre qu’un conseiller me contacte.

Le site affirme pourtant que la procédure se déroule en trois étapes : ajouter le produit au panier, effectuer le paiement, puis recevoir le produit instantanément. Or, dans mon cas, cela est totalement faux.

ps : 6h plus tard toujours rien reçu

Compre un Adobe Acrobat PRO DC 2020, a un excelente precio, servicio rápido. No había recibido mi link de descarga ni la key de activación. Use el servicio de atención a clientes con el bot y al día siguiente tenía todo, instrucciones muy precisas y claras. Menos de 10 minutos y todo estuvo listo. Super servicio profesional, altamente recomendable!!

Compré un antivirus mucho más barato que en la web de la empresa (bitdefender) Todo es orden. No encontraba el código de activación, les envié un correo y me lo enviaron de vuelta sobre la marcha.

I would (and very likely will need to) purchase again from this firm with complete confidence. Their post sale/order support was absolutely fantastic! And very attentive and responsive. My problems (outdated hardware and OS) are often unusually 'complicated.' But these folks were INVALUABLE in helping me get my purchased software installed. They were positively terrific!

Precios competitivos, soporte rápido y eficaz, tanto via web como por tf.
Es muy cómodo trabajar con ellos.
Siempre que hemos tenido alguna duda nos la han resuelto a través del chat con mucha paciencia y atención. O por teléfono en alguna ocasión que hemos tenido alguna incidencia en la instalación.
