I love this platform!!

I've been a quite satisfied Podcaster with Libsyn for 6 years and have always been impressed with the thoroughness of their hosting and the great and quick customer service I've gottern from them whenever I've had a question. I appreciate how once I upload a new Podcast they send it out to all the major providers, which is a great time saver. Their interface is easy to use and I like how they're always adding new features as well as Podcast tutorials (available on YouTube) from time to time. I would highly recommend them to anyone starting out in this still growing field!

Each upgrade takes a few moments of patience, but it always comes together in the end. I've been hosting podcasts here for years and it works fantastically for me!

I appreciate the platform's excellence, which is equipped with all the essential features the Podcast community needs. It is clearly designed by great minds to make it more user-friendly. However, it's unfortunate that the customer service and support are not up to par. Minor issues can take forever to resolve, which can be extremely frustrating.

Simply to upload and the push to Apple and Spotify is fantastic in one shot.

Ease of use, funtionality of the platform in general and wide distribution and promotional tools.

Too expensive. I host multiple podcasts and they do not have deals for podcasters who have multiple shows...so you have to pay pretty high prices for each show you host. It's too much and unfair.

By far the best customer service from a tech provider I've ever received - fast, personal, no templates/form emails, just smart, thorough, knowledgeable, caring team members. And the Libsyn interface and features are fantastic, super easy to use. No complaints from this happy customer and I recommend Libsyn to anyone in need of a podcast provider!
