I was waiting for over a month for books to arrive. This is too long to be waiting for an order to arrive. At no point was I informed when ordering that there would be a longer than usual wait time due to the books being sourced in the USA! Furthermore, the website purports to be a European website! An extremely distrustful way to do business.

Great costumer service
Was struggling finding some mangas for my young one so came across Libristo got all of the in one go actually ordered 2 not out yet so that pushed the delivery to be in 6 months once realized I wasn't gonna get them by Christmas contacted them and they sort it out in second really happy will definitely buy again thanks

New fave bookstore, never using Amazon again
I used to get books on Amazon due to lack of affordable alternatives, so when I got a recommendation for Libristo, I was thrilled to find such competitive prices and the impressive selection on offer. Id preordered a book on Amazon which repeatedly failed to deliver, they kept delaying and delaying till I cancelled the order in frustration and lo and behold, I got it on libristo for about €0.25 more expensive but it actually arrived, perfect condition/well packaged and I'm even building up loyalty points with every purchase. Very very very pleased to leave amazon in the dust. As an avid reader (at least 4 books every month) I'll be frequenting Libristo from here onward, very happy.

Hard to get books available online at Libristo
The animee book I ordered wasn't available anywhere else in Europe so it was great to locate it online at Libristo. The delivery time is a little long for Europe but we got exactly what we ordered so we are very happy with the service.

Horrible delivery experience
The delivery took extremely long and when my books finally arrived, the delivery guy just threw them in front of the front door in a single layered paper envelope while it was raining heavily. The delivery company has never reached out to me to ask for my preferences.
