Libristo Hungary Anmeldelser

The order is not live until you pay for it. Then you wait for long weeks before it turns out that they can't fulfill it because the book you requested is out of stock. Then there are lengthy negotiations to cancel the order and refund the amount.I don't recommend anyone to order from here.

Nagyon szuper bolt!

A termékek tökéletesek!

It was the only place that I could find the rare manga volume I was looking for. Gladly everything went well and I received the packet within the estimated date.

Books arrived on time, well packaged and without damage. I had a payment issue when I placed the order and the customer service solved the issue within literal minutes of me writing them an email.

This wasn't the first time I ordered from Libristo, and it definitely wasn't the last.

Happy reading!

Everything went well. I ordered a lot of book so had to wait a bit, but I was able to check the status of the order so I was not worried. All the item arrived without a problem

Everything went well with my order. I order from them frequently, the only thing is somewhat miss is royalty-system with more discounts and a more intelligent search-engine on their site.

The books i’ve ordered was delivered on time. The books are amazing!

It's a realy nice shop. :)

I'm a regular customer of Libristo Hungary. They have an amazing selection and I couldn't be more pleased with their service. Highly recommended!

Excellent communication, books arrived in good condition.

Wide range of books, but not valid information about shipping date. Very slow delivery.

I had a problem with one of the books in my order. I received a used item instead of a new one. I contacted customer service and received an instant reply. I was offered several solutions. I did not want to bother with sending the product back, so I chose a partial refund. They were helpful, but I would have been happier to receive a new book without any complications.

Very cost-effective and reliable company to buy English books in Hungary.

before I buy books from them, I usually check many other possible sources and they win with a slightly lower total cost over the others

Excellent management of my order, not overcomplicated, its easy to order
