they dont respond to emails !!!! I returned a couple of pieces more and they were delivered to them than 15 days ago , I emailed them a few times to see when i was going to be able to get my credit back. I still haven't from them! I may have to report them ! such a poor customer service!!! Too bad because I have a pilates business and I since i really loved their clothes I was going to recommend it.....Not anymore>>>
Order placed July 30. I’m in a major city in Canada. Today is August 17 and nothing has arrived. I emailed the company on August 11 (when there had been no tracking movement), and they never responded. Tracking finally now shows customs cleared a couple of days ago, so I assume the order is slowly moving my way now. I’ll update this review when my order is eventually received, but I’m not impressed with the level of customer support and the shipping method they’ve opted to use. I would NOT recommend that anyone in Canada order from them. I’m also concerned about reports I’ve seen on social media of the metal fastener not laying properly on the version of the bra I ordered. I expect that I’ll have to make a return if this is true, and I’m dreading the process with what I’ve seen of this company’s customer service so far.
Never received my order and it’s been 3 weeks. Also it is not a preorder and they’re releasing new products while many other customers have not received their orders.
Just letting people know this brand has no interest in making customers happy, if you have any grievances you’ll be ignored and left with store credit. First the brand is NOT transparent about the return policy when purchasing, I made an order only to find out that they only offer exchanges and store credit. For me, the sizing was not as detailed in the size chart on the website but according to social media posts and live streams apparently, we can discover our size in the brand?? In what world should the consumer study like we have a dissertation for clothes? The size chart should simply be accurate but it’s not.
Next, the clothes only fit good on certain bodies and skin tones. This brand is NOT inclusive and so if you are a person of darker complexion things will be see through on you. Also if you have any tattoos on your hips or legs, don’t worry you’ll be able to see it through your leggings!! For the premier price point, the quality is simply unacceptable. Also the bottoms will be tight and loose at the same time, honestly I’m impressed they could do both at the same time so I’ll give them 5 stars on being original.
The brand is quick to respond to positive feedback but will leave customers with concerns ghosted and in the wind. It’s actually comical, wouldn’t suggest this brand to anyone.
