Terrible communication.

Paid lots of €€€ for a frame that I need for new eyeglasses. It's now been 16 days since my order, and I've yet to receive any updates on shipping.

Multiple messages sent to customer "care" via WhatsApp with no response.

This is no way for a supposedly high end brand to treat its customers. I don't even have your product yet (despite having paid for it weeks ago) and I'm unhappy.

Exclusively fabulous design and also great customer service.

J’ai acheté une monture LGR , au bout de deux semaines, une branche se détache, problème de rivet, j’en parle à l’opticien, rue Budapest à Nantes, il me dis, on vous change la monture, c’est un défaut de fabrication, à la finale il me change que la face . problème, les branches ne s’adaptent pas correctement . je me retrouve avec un inconfort. Celui-ci ne veut rien entendre, obligé de partir en procédure 👍

Une des meilleures paires de lunettes de ma vie, oubliez les grandes marques et faites confiance aux artisans passionnés comme LGR. J'ai cassé une branche après 15 ans de bons et loyaux services, la pièce a pu être remplacée sans problème, service client au top! FORZA LGR!

Firstly, I want to say that these sunglasses are of an insanely high quality. I went with the Reunion Explorer in size L. The single biggest issue I have though is the odd sizing. These sunglasses have a comically narrow fit and for some reason measure more narrow than the standard Reunion. I had to make severe adjustments to the arms to get them to fit which does not feel great considering the cost. The hinges are amazing but they are not springe hinges so ill-fitting shades will not conform to your face. I decided to keep them because they are so cool but my next pair will be ones with a wider fit. Most likely the Zanzibar Explorer as they measure 139 vs the 136 on the L RE.

I just bought my third pair of prescription sunglasses from LGR. I get so many complements, they are perfect and beautiful!
Had a small problem with them, but LFR Venice and Tomasso stood behind his product, maybe half the problem was me with my description of what I wanted, but I just received my new glasses and they are perfect! Thank you LGR and Tomasso

Salve il mio nome é Walter e sento la necessità di comunicare a coloro che leggeranno questa recensione la mia esperienza con la L.G.R. Per carattere e professione non é facile stupirmi ma il personale con il quale ho avuto a che fare c’è riuscito completamente. È entusiasmante sentire che tu, cliente, sei persona da coccolare, accudire, accontentare. Se vi chiedete la qualità del prodotto vi dico solo che in poco più di un anno ho acquistato 8 paia di occhiali. Il gusto non é solo indossarli ma possederli. Montature in acetato oltre ogni aspettativa, quelle in metallo poi non hanno confronto. Credetemi paragonare questi occhiali ad altre grandi Marche non regge il confronto! Vostro cliente forever!! A proposito se non mi credete provate il modello Meknes o Reunion.

La qualità del prodotto è eccellente, si vede subito la cura nei dettagli e la selezione dei modelli. Stamani mi sono recato nella sede di Firenze per sistemare i miei occhiali, ho trovato una ragazza davvero molto gentile, non conosco il suo nome ma so che ha 21 anni e viene da Prato. Super carina e super professionale, in breve ha risolto il problema alla mia montatura. Brava!

I'd seen these for years online, but it wasn't until I was at their store in Venice that I got to try them on. I was very impressed with their quality and classic styles with a modern twist. The heritage and Italian handmade also factor in. I love JMM and for the price point these are a great deal for the investment. Their customer service is also exemplary, particularly Gaia, who was extremely helpful throughout. Highly recommend.
