This App is a Big Scam – Don’t Waste Your Money

This app is the worst experience of my life. I paid for one week to test and learn English speaking, but right after payment it stopped working. It kept asking for microphone permission again and again, even though I gave every single permission. Still, nothing worked.

When I contacted their support, they didn’t help me at all. Just an auto-reply saying “we are not available on Saturday and Sunday.” Seriously? I only had 7 days, and you expect me to waste 2 days waiting? I kept messaging them every single day, but they never replied the whole week. By the time my plan ended, I got ZERO help, ZERO lessons, and only frustration.

This app is disgusting, the support team is useless, and the whole system feels like a scam to steal people’s money. They don’t care about customers, they don’t reply, and they don’t fix anything. I lost my money, my time, and my trust.

Warning: Don’t download this app. They are scammers, pure scammers.

I paid $39.99 on 19 August 2025 for a one-year subscription to Leya AI (Invoice #2F63885D-91507). They confirmed in writing that a refund of the same amount was issued on 25 August 2025, but I still have not received it in my bank account.

I have all supporting documents (invoice, refund confirmation, and bank statement and can provide them if requested, and expect this issue to be resolved immediately.
