Great transaction!

fraudulent company
One day I ordered three items. For two of them, I received a notice stating the delivery date was undetermined. I then received confirmation that the transaction would proceed only for the item with a confirmed delivery date. After that, I inquired about the delivery date but was ignored, and the order was canceled without my consent. To make matters worse, I haven't received a refund. When I contacted them about the issue, they blocked my IP address.

My order was significantly delayed
My order was significantly delayed. Now trying to return it but experiencing lots of issues and obstacles. I cancelled the order before it was delivered but they rejected to cancel it and said I need to wait until delivered. Now they rejected return and I filed for exception. PS. They rejected the exception. Also their system shows delivery date not a shipping date. They did not notify me far in advance about such significant delay. Also I reached them the day before they shipped it and the same day I heard about the delay. They breached contract/delivery date but when I cancelled the order because of it, they rejected return!

Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled after shipped. Per our return policy we cannot proceed with your RMA due to the part being an electrical component. Lastly, our system notifies our customers an estimated ship date if there were a delay, not arrival date.

Lexus IS350 headlamp fitment issues
I recently ordered a couple new headlamps for my 2007 Lexus IS350. The car I have has the AFS lights but I did not know this at time of purchase. As such the lights that I received did not fit ( my car is the Fsport sedan) . I called and Mike quickly processed the return shipping label. They unfortunately mistakenly charged me a restock fee which after calling they resolved. It was half on me for not providing my vin and half on them for not noting this in their product descriptions.
I would definitely do business with them again in the future.

Bad customer support
Bad customer support. Gave me the run around for a month seeking assistance with parts. RMA policies that leave you stuck with brand new parts. Package arrived in old cookie box. Overall sketchy experience and I have found one their competitors (very easy to find online) to be more helpful, professional and better packaging for items.

RX350 Part
Ordered a replaced cable for my RX350 hood. The part came 10 days late and I had to purchase somewhere else. They would not let me return the unopened part stating "electronic parts are ineligible for return"...it is not an electronic part. I tried calling and reaching out to customer service multiple times with no luck. This company makes it intentionally difficult to communicate with their customer service and impossible to return a product...would not recommend.
