I would highly recommend Lexington Surveyors. From my initial email, I received prompt and informative communication. The report was thorough, and the surveyor spent time talking me through the report before we committed to the purchase.

Disappointed with incorrect sewerage report
Drone footage of roof was a plus point. On the negative side, the surveyor wrongly stated there was a cess pit, whereas the property is connected to the mains sewerage. In addition, the three windows that had broken hinges were also not pick up.

Highly recommended
I recently used Lexington Surveyors and was very impressed. They were quick to respond and schedule the work, everything ran on time and as planned. They were clearly well organised in their approach, communication was clear, there were no surprises, and every step seemed thought through. Most importantly, the report they delivered was thorough, detailed, well-structured, and covered all the areas I was concerned about. I highly recommend them to anyone needing professional surveying services.

Their customer service was very good. It was easy to get a hold of them either on the phone or email. They carried out and completed the tasks in a quick time frame and provided a well-detailed report.

Amazing from start to finish
Amazing from start to finish. I cannot fault this company one bit. The price was reasonable and included free drone service. They were very easy to reach and very prompt responses over email. Diana has been amazing- soon as I agreed to proceed and provided the details they called the agents to book in the survey. and kept me updated all along the way and responded to all my queries after. Jack to surveyor was also great and gave me a detailed breakdown of the report and even was happy to have another follow up call with me a few days later. I would definitely recommend!

Great service, I booked a Building Survey for my parents move, and the team went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. The added aerial photos were a nice touch. The follow-up consultation was also helpful. Would recommend!
