I wouldn't even give it one star. I haven't been able to generate images for several months. I have a paid yearly subscription, I now want a refund and I have no one to talk to. I also want access to the many images I've designed in the past few years! So frustrating!!

To report a website that is illegally taking people's money, you should immediately file complaints with government consumer protection agencies and notify the payment processors involved.

It produced an error every time I tried to generate an image. Lexica image generation is not functional anymore. Despite it was the best in terms of models and textures the founder turned his interest to Chat GPT where he works now. He sacrificed Lexica for Chat GPT. Lexica might faces legal actions by his subscribers soon.

It worked well for a while, I then stopped using it and came back to it. It now does not work and gives an error every time. So I just wasted my money - be careful. It's also impossible to contact support - I don't think they even have a support team.

Service became unusable, support never replied, subscription cancellation ignored

I subscribed to Lexica because it was one of the best AI image generators available at the time.

Unfortunately, beginning in February 2026, the service stopped working completely. Every attempt to generate images resulted in errors, making the platform unusable for me for more than eight months.

During those eight months, I contacted Lexica support several times requesting assistance. I never received a single reply.

Despite being unable to use the service for most of my subscription period, Lexica attempted to renew my annual subscription for $96 on June 24, 2026.

The payment failed because I intentionally removed the funds from my account after months without service.

Using the billing link from the payment email, I immediately canceled my subscription. However, the billing page still shows "Cancellation on June 24, 2027", even though the renewal payment never succeeded.

Since then, I have sent multiple emails requesting written confirmation that:

my subscription has been canceled,
no further payment attempts will be made,
and the failed renewal invoice has been canceled.

I have received no response.

Instead, I continue receiving automated emails informing me that Lexica is attempting to charge my card again.

Because I was unable to resolve this directly with the company, I have now reported the matter to Stripe and kept copies of all emails, screenshots, and payment attempts.

I sincerely hope this review helps other users make an informed decision before subscribing.

At first it went well. But for several months it continuosly failed. I have tried to cancel my subscription but it keeps charging me. I have sent email twice to their customer service but never got a response. I have to call my credit card company to try and get them to stop accepting charges.

Desde agosto 2025 pague por un año, 96,00 dólares desde octubre no volví, a tener imágenes les escribí por correo y tampoco, por eso los trate de ladrones,,,,,OJO.... entren a la cuenta de Léxica y traten de eliminar la tarjeta o bloquearla y sacar una nueva. O sino también se puede entrar una tarjeta tipo digital y bloquearla. Y luego desbloquearla cuando llegue un mes antes de la renovación. Y decirlo por las redes.....

I believe a law suite will soon be placed on Lexica if they do not start refunding people their money. Do NOT do it. If they know their Generator isnt working they should shit the site down or at least stop allowing it to take payments. At this point it is defrauding people.

I should have read the reviews first, but I didn't, and as a result, I lost $10. Apparently, the generator hasn't been working for a long time, and tech support doesn't respond to emails. But since they keep charging for the subscription, it's safe to say that as of today, lexica.art is a SCAM!

Was great for several few months of my subscription, then just started displaying a server error every time I tried to generate images. Ended up cancelling my subscription. I was gutted because it used to be one of the best image generators out there.

Can't generate images because the server isn't working.
I pay for this service but it doesn't work since two months.

The site has been unusable for over six weeks. Persistent error message: "Image generation error / We're currently experiencing issues with our image generation server." Please try again in a few minutes. I have now cancelled my subscription.

O stars as I have a paid subscription and the site is unusable. Unable to login and if I do get in, unable to generate any images. I have sent multiple emails to their support and have gotten no replies. Unless they can respond with a solution I will not be renewing my subscription.

Unable to generate anything ... WTF? They Have my money .... And its useless when I need it !!! Had many great results in the past ..... but NOW !!! I'm so annoyed!!!

One of the worst image generation services on the internet. Slow, full of bugs, terrible quality results, terrible customer service, as they don't respond to emails about absolutely anything. ON TOP OF THAT, THEY ARE NOW CHARGING FOR SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL UNJUSTLY, WITHOUT YOUR AUTHORIZATION. NEVER ENTER THIS SITE, IT IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE YOU CAN HAVE IN TERMS OF AI.

Slowly becoming more and more unusable. Cancelling as there is no point trying over and over to get this ai to actually create anything... anything at all. They never answer emails and sometimes you can't generate anything for weeks on end.
And now I am unable to cancel as the portal is inaccessible. Do not give them a single dollar. I have to cancel my card to stop them taking payments again.

I used to love this generation tool, but my most recent experience was extremely disappointing. I was unable to generate any images due to constant errors. Despite contacting support, I never received a response. Charging customers without providing proper service or support is unacceptable and reflects bad business practices.

If I select a negative star, I would. I renewed my subscription a few weeks ago, and have not been able to generate an image since that time. I'm very disappointed in this platform. Also, it is almost impossible to find a link to the support service. If you search the internet for "customer support" at Lexica, you get crappy images of customer support AI products created by their customers. Find another place to create AI, because you can't log onto this site!!!!

Lexica.art are committing fraud by taking our money and refusing to provide the service we paid for. The service has been down for over 2 months and all emails I’ve sent to their support address have been ghosted. I paid for a year and am still owed 6 months. Do not pay them money.
