I've had work done twice now, and both times it's been a great experience. Good explanation of the work, good advice, friendly, competitively priced. Will definitely use again.

Simple moving of an outside tap and got hit with a bill for £852. Daylight robbery.

I had a fault with my boiler they quoted me £92.50 plus VAT. Engineer arrived and said there was a gas flow problem. He said as your paying £92.50 I’ll service the boiler for you. He left and then the company called requesting £225 I queried it but he was adamant I was a liar and quotes are done from script. I made a formal complaint but they fobbed me
Off with excuses. Asked my bank for a refund of £128 which has now been
Declined as Lewken made a verbal
Quote and nothing in writing so basically they know what they’re doing to
Con people out of money. Disgusting company avoid at all
Costs. Checkatrade not reliable either

Prompt response to my initial enquiry, polite, helpful telephone call to book a visit to quote. Various options offered for the work required and a date convenient to me was booked for the work to be done. Pleasant and helpful installers.

Service engineer was on time very pleasant

I called out Lewken Plumbing and Heating Ltd to give me a quote for a new boiler and I had a very nice sales advisor/estimator called Andrew Watkins who was prompt, polite and efficient and gave me a competitive quote to fit a new Worcester Bosch boiler. We arranged a convenient day to have the boiler fitted and two engineers arrived on time and they were Gary who was the experienced engineer and a very good trainee called Tyler. The boiler was all fitted in a day and a very neat job was done, had a few issues with air in the system which Gary returned to rectify. Very pleased with this company from start to finish and would highly recommend their workmanship.

Could not fault him he worked very hard was helpful and very clean and tidy made sure all carpets was covered ect any thing he got out of cupboard's was all put back as it was. Explained everything made sure i understood it all, answered all questions i had. Would highly recommend

We recently had a new boiler installed by Gary on behalf of Lewken - I have nothing but praise for his calm, well-mannered approach to the task in hand.
Everything was explained as he went along in a non-patronising jargon-free manner.
I would not hesitate to recommend the company, and Gary in particular, in future.

A great boiler service from James of Lewken. This is the second boiler serviced and I would recommend the company for booking in at short notice, good communications, and getting the job done at a fair price.

10/10 would definitely recommend this lot thay came out straight away gave me a price wich was cheaper then anyone ells I had spoken to and was booked in straight away to have the boiler fitted the guy came out on time and had the boiler fitted and up and running in no time at all can not fult ther service at all

Brilliant all the way through the process of getting a replacement boiler. Archie in sales was great, no pressure selling, just the facts, useful information & a competitive price. The 2 guys who installed the boiler were very polite, fast & efficient. Very quick installation, explained everything & left the room perfectly clean. Impressed from start to finish with this company.

I recently had my new boiler fitted by an exceptional team from Lewken Group and I can't rave about them enough! From start to finish, the experience was outstanding.

Jamie was fantastic in guiding me through the initial consultation and ensuring I understood all my options. He was knowledgeable and patient, making the whole process so much easier. Jamie took the time to explain how the process works and answered all my questions.

The real star of the show was , the engineer who came to install the boiler. His expertise and attention to detail were impressive. He worked efficiently and methodically, ensuring everything was set up perfectly.

Lastly, a shout-out to Archie coordinating everything seamlessly. His communication was prompt, and he made sure the entire process went smoothly, from scheduling to follow-ups.

I have read a lot of reviews about Lewken and I really didn't want it to detract away from Lee and his son who were the guys who Lewken sorted to come do our work.
We had Jamie come out to look at what we needed doing and he actually very helpfully suggested an alternative option which was more expensive but absolutely worth it.
The guys also completed some additional plumbing work but they were really lovely and accommodating.
We had water pressure issues one weekend and I messaged Jamie and he was on hand to point me in the right direction as we weren't initially aware the water pressure was due to local water works pressure.
That being said, I emailed Andy several times as we have water on a pipe under our bath and it's been nearly two weeks since he was going to sort it out and still no response.
We've had a few issues and they've sent someone out but since full payment the after care hasn't been as on point as would be expected so hoping someone will be in touch soon to help!

Ben the fitter was polite and courteous and respected our property, he put dust sheets down everywhere and kept us upto date with what he was doing. The installation went well and the new boiler is up and running.

We moved house just before Christmas, we contacted this company and they arrived on time to look at what we wanted and to price the work up, accepted there quote and was told two fitters would be with us on the 23 December, the two fitters turned up on time and we couldn’t fault there workmanship and how effectively they worked, new boiler fitted in a day, we have had a small leek on a radiator that they took off to drain the system, connected the company several times to get this resolved, but nobody is interested in fixing this problem, good company could be a fantastic company if they got there game together with customer service, customer service starts before a job, during a job and crucially after the job, it’s the after the job is done where they fall short

I received a helpful information, professional advice and a quick competitive quote for a new boiler. The staff was patient and enthusiastic. I was able to understand the products better and able to make a right decision.

Leaked group done exactly what they said they would do the engineer came on time completed the Work leaving my house clean and tidy before he left he explained how the boiler works what I had to do and didn’t have to do i’ll highly recommend these I am even going with them for their yearly service plan

Very professional gas fitters Lee and Liam.Worked hard for 2 days and were punctual and tidy.Was alot of work as old boiler had to be scrapped and new one resited. definitely recommend this company.
