Consideration about the test with an examiner and the internet site
The examination test with an examiner was very helpful, and gave me a clear idea of how to prepare.
I would improve the internet site, sometimes the procedures were not clear and the instructions given by email were not 100% helping. However, The site management team responds promptly to inquiries, also by phone, and any difficulties are quickly resolved.
The difficulties encountered were maybe due to the fact that the site was undergoing some changes.

Smooth and fast
My experience with Level6 Aviation can not be described in one word.
Since my first contact with the team, they were very responsive, and gave me their full support and availability!
They understood my need and guided me for the best choice.
Even gave my links with free training materials and this was very helpful.
Even though I was in a hurry they understood this and scheduled me for the exam in the same day I did the payment.
The exam was nice, relaxing and I did it online, from the comfort of my home.
And that helped me a lot because I was very relaxed and I did my best with my English skills.
The examiner is an airline pilot who used his CRM to establish a relaxed environment and this was the recipe for my succes. Eugenio is a true professional.
After the exam I got the certificate very fast, and this thanks to Andrew. Who is also an airline pilot, and as I said he understood my need.
So, all in all, it was a very enjoyable experience and the thing that Andrew and Eugenio were so nice, made it all to be smooth and nice!
Thank you very much for your support!
You are truly gentlemen, Andrew and Eugenio!
Clear skies!
