Excellent diary
The diary arrived fairly promptly but had minor damage. These things happen in the mail so that’s not Leuchtturm1917 Australia’s fault. Initially, when I used their online form to send a photo and ask for help there was a problem with communication. After making further contact Leuchtturm1917 Australia sent a new diary. The diary is excellent and I can recommend them.

Product never arrived however supplier was excellent in assisting me
Product never arrived. Auspost asked for the supplier to contact them. I tried to raise a support ticket with you but received no reply. I would like to speak with someone reference this issue please.
Update: received reply from Leuchtturm below. Will update again when issue resolved. 20 Aug 24.

I have looked at your tracking details for your parcel and have lodged a missing parcel enquiry with Australia Post also. I will also arrange for your order to be resent out from our warehouse.
