Easy Reordering
Reordering was very easy and our order arrived in record time! My only complaint is that since our first order, our church name has changed and I was told it could not be changed on the records, so this recent order was addressed to our previous name

The "satisfaction guarantee" is a lie
The "satisfaction guarantee" is a lie. The image was not crisp on the batch of envelopes I received, due to the .jpg image provided. Upon asking for a reprint, I was told this format was "generally accepted" and I would have to pay for a new batch. There was no apology or even an attempt to work with me on pricing for a reprint. They are cheap for a reason.

Let's clarify the situation. You uploaded a 300dpi .jpg image for your order, which is an acceptable file type. However, you compared the final product to an envelope printed with a higher-quality vector file. These two file types produce different results; a vector file will always print with greater clarity and detail.
The preferred file types are outlined on our website. Because you didn't consult this information and chose a different file type, the discrepancy in quality is not our responsibility.
As a gesture of goodwill, we did offer you two discounts for a reprint.

The customer service is top notch and the envelopes are good quality, however, I really wish the boxes they ship them in were sturdier. They include boxes to move them into but they're not that much better.
