Mo gave great service - was able to fix a couple of problems in the flat quickly and with no fuss 👍

Highly recommend. We had a fault on the boiler and used our Home Emergency cover to get it repaired. An engineer was with us in about half an hour. The part was ordered and fixed very quickly. No complaints at all.

Our boiler had some issues back when we had the coldest month in February. After bringing 3 different plumbers only Let's Heat plumbers could identify the issue and fix. The pricing was beyond reasonable and especially at times when you needed a plumber the most. Very pleased with their overall service and I couldn't recommend them enough!

Great Service.

Mo was called out to look at a fault on our boiler, covered by our insurance. He came a couple of hours earlier than expected, identified the fault really quickly and ordered the parts. Came back out to repair the boiler, I was so impressed with the customer service that we arranged a full boiler service to be carried out at the same time as the repair.
All in all, a great experience and I would thoroughly recommend - will be using again in the future

Mo was called out to an emergency boiler breakdown through our home insurance cover. Due to the nature of the breakdown and the age of our boiler (at least 20yrs old) it was decided to replace with a new one. Mo arrived 2 days later to remove the old boiler, install and commission new one, new flue pipe, condensate pipe etc. He and his colleague were very polite, professional and cleaned up before they left. I’d recommend them to family & friends.

Mohammad provided us with outstanding service. He arrived on time and then identified and fixed a rare issue with a faulty valve attached to the pipe leaning to the water meter which was causing a water pipe leak. We are very happy with the service provided and we would highly recommend this company.

I had s very good experience as I had not used this plumbers via The Heating Plan boiler service before. The plumber that did the work was thorough and curtious and heloful. He answered all my questions and was respectful of my home too. He followed the covid rules at all times.

After removing 2 radiators ready for our plasterer the following day, one of the valves began to leak despite being capped off and isolated as far as we could tell.
We desperately searched for an emergency plumber and the team were with us within the hour and able to diagnose and fix the leak within 10 minutes. They also helped us remove the final radiator and ensure all valves were shut off and the central heating could be turned back on. They re-pressurised the system for us and didn't leave until they knew the heating was back on safely. So really went the extra mile for us to give reassurance by checking our earlier attempts and restarting the central heating.
