Good price, challenging phone support…
This would have been a 4 star review if I hadn’t called to follow up on an issue and spoke with a technician called Daniel who had the rudest attitude; I’ve never experienced anything close to this!
Sharon from support was lovely and resolved our issue of the wrong product shipped by their drop ship distributor.
Our Order was shown in the shop app but I did not receive any tracking info for initial order.
Great price and easy to use web site.

Day after ordering and paying £7.50…
Day after ordering and paying £7.50 postage (apparently express) notified that shipment was on its way…great I thought should arrive well before we leave on holiday. Actually 7 days after ordering it arrived, according to the postage label, shipment was posted 4 days after ordering and cost just over £3.

Apologies for this as with most small parcels we charge between £4.99- £7.99 all depending on size and weight, if only you had made us aware of this we would have happily issued you with a refund for the price difference.

Human error as our warehouse team did not enclose 2 tubes of sealant in the order, we have offered to send them out for a next day delivery and apologised for this.

Pertaining to your delivery as explained via email astaff member has missed there process informing the customer of delivery issues via phone and email, we answer all calls and emails, we operate a physical and online sales business this is a necessity, we just DONT answer calls on a SUNDAY this was fully explained via email and apologies with a gesture of the item for free, we yet to hear a response from you via email ?

We answer all calls Monday to Friday 9-6pm we answer all calls we don’t have any caller identification, various customers call daily.
We don’t answer calls on Sundays but as you can see we respond via email , immediately.
I have spoken with sales team and they say have tried to contact you via telephone regarding a product return date as the item you ordered had malfunction (The supplier) will release new item on 30 july 2025.
I have spoken to team as normal procedures are to call follow up with voicemail, email and text message, non of these protocols was followed. So I fully understand your frustration
I will cancel your order now and as a goodwill gesture once they are rereleased 30 July we can send you a free set of the of (items ordered) or another accessory of similar value

I bought an awning last week and took my trailer for fitting on Friday. These guys are amazing. Dan is a total pro. Great pricing and fitting service. Really good communication. Brilliant customer service all around really. Would highly recommend.

Letang Auto Electrical Vehicle Parts sold me a skylight on Friday, their website states 4 hr collection time.
They did not bother to notify me that the item was not in stock and would be available for collection on Monday instead.
I emailed, understandably frustrated and upset that nobody had bothered to contact me. I got a blunt response about the item not being in stock. They then ignored my subsequent emails.
I waited all weekend and contact them on Monday morning, again unsurprisingly frustrated and upset at their lack of contact and communication. The OWNER of the store decided to have a go at me for being upset about his stores lack of communication and then made fun of my name, mispronouncing it on purpose. He also told me that I should call back and speak to his manager, when he is the owner.. which is a bit weird.
They also threatened to cancel my order because I was unhappy with the way they were handling this.
The owner acts like a child, there is 0 customer service. Would avoid at all costs. At the end of the phone call, I ended up telling the owner to F off because he was threatening to 'publish my infomation'.

Customer communication: The customer was advised of the delivery schedule.
Customer behavior: Despite being informed, the customer became extremely rude via telephone and emails, exhibiting threatening behavior and verbal abuse.
Policy on collections: Your listing clearly states that orders for collections are usually ready within 4 hours.
Initial request: The customer initially stated the order was to be delivered.
Order cancellation: Due to the extreme threatening behavior and verbal abuse, you had no choice but to cancel the order.
Reason for cancellation: The order was cancelled because such behavior towards staff members is not tolerated.
Company goal: Our aim is to keep all customers happy with all inquiries and purchases.
