Sound Advice, Outstanding Attentive Service!
Shaun went above and beyond for us in order to secure us the best mortgage deal available for us, and also proactively monitored the market for us on a daily basis, ensuring we continued to get the best deal available when the Bank of England base interest rates dropped. He also assisted us in finding the most competitive conveyancing deal and helped us by liaising with the estate agents and conveyancers to ensure the whole process of selling our home and buying our new home went as smoothly as possible. All of his expert advice was sound and we could not have done this without him to be honest! Would not hesitate to recommend Leston Mortgages to anyone else, absolutely outstanding service from Shaun!

Efficient and attentive
Shaun was fantastic during the mortgage process and proactively checked rates, meaning the initial rate secured with Nationwide dropped twice before completion, saving me nearly £1000 annually.
My mortgage offer was accepted by Nationwide within one day, and every step of the process was clear. Shaun provided updates throughout without prompting. Highly recommend.

Honest and helpful advice
Shaun is an excellent mortgage broker. We first had Shaun help us buy our first home in 2020, so when we were up for remortgaging and heard he’d started his own firm we decided to move with him.
Shaun gives so much dedication and support to his clients. You can really tell he knows his stuff and he’s able to explain the pros and cons of different financial products really well (I have no experience with different insurances so his explanations are invaluable and really simplify things so they are easy to understand)
Shaun’s advice isn’t cookie cutter advice, he really takes your specific set of circumstances into account when advising which product is the best for your situation which is really invaluable in the current market.
Buying/selling or remortgaging your home is a really stressful process but Shaun really makes sure he takes as much of that stress out of the process for you as possible!
