Genuine & great customer service
I have purchased from Les Parfums several times now. The fragrances are genuine and the owner is very knowledgeable and helpful. On each occasion, my orders (samples and full size bottle), have arrived safely & securely packaged in a timely manner.
I recommend having a look. I've been able to try some great older versions of fragrances that otherwise would have been difficult to sample.
This time I bought a sample of Guerlain Heritage edt & a partial bottle of Pour Monsieur edt. Very happy!

Hi Rowan, many thanks for taking the time to leave feedback this morning. I'm sorry about your experience, it's is an automated request that goes out a few days after the order has been completed.
Customer care (this is the only negative feedback received in around 5 years of serving) is priority here so appreciate you bringing this to my attention. Perhaps contact us privately,to see how we can make you happy!
Fragrant regards
Very fast- exactly what I ordered
Very fast- exactly what I ordered. The price was very good compared to others. Safely, neatly packed in a container that seems tight enough to not evaporate the juice. The sample of Paco Rabanne Pour Homme edt was everything I hoped it would be. A bold, unapologetic-ally old school masculine fragrance that stands out from the crowd (in a good way IMO). I need a full bottle
