Same product but "different" business.
More a child toy than serious lighting product.
Who else but a seven year old would want strobing disco lights as "ambience"?
USB connector but no plug for an outlet, yes because I have USB outlets wired throughout my home.
And even if you look past all of that it does not give of enough light to be of any use.
I will keep it to remind me to stop buying crap.

This company is a scam!

I purchased Kyoto Smart Floor Lamp and was very disappointed to find that it is very different from the images advertised online and the quality is much lower than expected. It does not reflect the premium standard suggested on their website. There is a significant discrepancy between the advertised product and what was received.

On their website it mentions features/associations with Vogue, ELLE Decor, and Marie Claire. Upon searching, it seems that they have no connections with these publications, so are falsely claiming features.

They seem to be uncontactable - with no response via their contact email, online chat bot or instagram messages. Very disappointing service and product.

I ordered 3 LED strip lights that looked good quality on Lereflets web page but what they failed to inform is that they can only be connected via USB and don’t come with a normal wall plug making them completely useless. Besides that they took 3 weeks to arrive and they are Chinese junk quality. It says that they are based in Finland so I expected reasonable European quality. Don’t by get ripped off by Lereflet like I did. Buy from a reputable company that doesn’t import rubbish from China!

came with chinese plugs I cannot use in Austria - no customer service, chinese return policy (means impossible). I have to throw them away...

Fell for a scam... The lamps are so bad, took nearly month and a half to arrive, just extremely poor quality and drop shipped from china- it's not a brand just a scam store

I paid AUD272 for a pack of 2 (with a free gift - a mini lamp they priced at AUD128 retail but was on sale for AUD72).

Having received them and set them up. I would have guessed the Kyoto floor lamp should be priced at AUD30 each at most - the free gift should be priced at at most AUD10.

Conclusion: While the marketing photographs are well executed, the actual products are not the quality products the website marketing makes it out to be.

Learning: Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. 1/10 would not recommend

It’s a Scam, don’t buy from them !!! I’ll never received my lamp, their marketing is great and their website to, but it’s 100% a scam

I gave them my proper address which they correctly confirmed. Then they messed it up scrambling the information. They keep trying to gaslight me into saying its on me but I have literal proof!

DO NOT BUY. This is another, well engineered fake site to scam EU customers.

scam, never arrived! their marketing is so clever and website is incredible however the products never arrived. their courier and tracking is unreliable and their customer service was super rude. ended up disputing with my bank because of it.

I’m usually not one to go back and forth over an order, but I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent delivery.

Received my package, it arrived with a (slight) delay, but thankfully just in time for my friend's birthday. However, when I opened it, I noticed that the boxes were damaged. In my opinion, they don’t look presentable enough to give as a gift, which is quite disappointing.

I hope the lamps themselves will be fine once installed, but I have to say I’m not entirely happy with how this order was handled.

Their website presents a clean and professional image, so I had expected the same level of care with the products and packaging. Not only was there no clear estimate for when the package would arrive, but after the wait, receiving items that were poorly packed and visibly damaged really took away from the excitement.

- I've sent this email also to the customer service and I have to say I was quite embarrassed by their rude response. It’s easy to put the blame on the courier, but the packaging clearly wasn’t protected well enough in the first place. Never ordering again.

Very bad quality and shit Customer Service. Delivered lamp is broken and flickering, return was offered but at my own cost.

It’s a scam, never arrived

Very bad experience. Ordered 2 weeks ago. Did not get any confirmation of the order. Contacted the store, they just sent me automated message that it takes 1-3 business days to get confirmation. Emailed them again and asked to cancel my order. No answer. Contacted my credit card company and they were successful. I got angry email from the store where they said it might take now long time to get the money back since I brought the credit card company in.. Do not trust the store.

I purchased the floor lamp with the mini lamp and the quality is nowhere near worth the price. I’m pretty sure they got it straight from temu. I had an issue with the delivery as well and it took them 2 weeks to respond to my email. If anyone else has successfully returned their product please let me know!

I saw the ad on Instagram, where they advertise a lot, and I was foolish enough to order a lamp for €77. To this day, however, I haven’t received anything. They don’t respond to emails, and I’m now working with my credit card company to get my money back. DO NOT ORDER HERE!!

I order at the lereflet an light with colours and i all ready regret it wenn i saw the word :China ! Pfff i already paid and I was to late to delete it.
Waited for 3 weeks because its from China ofcourse!
One week ago i got mail that i have it but i was working so didnt see any package.
Now week later and still nothing received and they mail me now the whole week with an picture with the delivery man that he have my order is his hand and they say : there is the proove that the order is with you. Hahaha hahaha this is just an Big Joke people! Do not order here because now they say that i have the order but I never got it.
With an picture with delivery man and they say : yes you see that its there.
I dont have it and never signed anything. Meby the delivery man have the package at his house.
Ridiculous this and shame on you with mailing me about proove. There is no Proove with your ridiculous picture!!!

The send me now every day an mail that the package is successfully with me but I did not have it. I was working that day and delivery man put it at my door and left!
Do NOT order because you dont get it and they say that i have it! Put it at your door and left and anybody can steal it from you! Very bad company

Bought their Kyoto lamp as I thought it looked very classy, stylish and high quality on their Instagram. And it looks alright now that I have gotten it. I'll give them that.
BUT... the box it came in said "MADE IN CHINA" and it is just very poor quality. Straight out of the Chinese factory. Might as well be sold on Temu.
Also: my order arrived two weeks after I placed it. Could be worse I guess, but I am not impressed. Maybe 'cause I live en Denmark and it is branded as a Swedish company. Lesson learned: Always look into where products are made.
For sure it is not worth the price, and to my wonder, there are still only (!) 5 left in stock even though I bought one and I got the same message when I clicked "Add to cart"...
To sum up: It is not worth the price and it is some cheap China sh*t dressed in a pretty Instagram page and well executed marketing. But it looks alright when used for the warm colour pallette.
