I have now bought 6 pieces from lera after coming across their website by accident. I have 4 rings and 2 bracelets each with either lab grown diamonds, fresh water pearls and mother of pearl. Each item is beautiful, well made and looks very elegant. I love that they are constantly making new designs, it does mean if u love something you need ro buy it because they are constantly renewing the website. I've had so many compliments on the jewellery. Im obsessed.

L'ERA Is a wonderful company. I order three peaces of jewellery and they are fabulous. They are so beautiful and vibrant, and I also got a free polish cloth which I'm so happy about. Everytime I purchase from here the whole start to end process is great.
The TikTok lives help to see the jewellery up closer aswell as just having access to the pictures on the website.
They are always so friendly and help with any questions asked whether that’s about an issue with an item/order or even if someone just wants some advice on how to style an item/ what to stack things with.
I would 100% recommend this store to anyone who is looking for beautiful jewellery at great prices.
Their products are very good quality and definitely worth the price.

The customer services is unmatched. I had an issue with an item I had for just under a year and that I believed was possibly a manufacturing fault and I contacted them, they replied within 2 hours and gave me a free returns label to send the item back to investigate it, I also then recieved a brand new replacement ring as it was still in warranty. The replacement was also sent very quickly so the whole process including delivery of the return item and the new item to me only took a week which is exceptional.
