I have asked for my money back several times without success. I have been asked to withdraw the claim from Paypal and then I have not received my money back.

Great shoes but customer service could be better

Anche le spedizioni sono immediate e i prodotti vengono confezionati bene per garantirne la protezione durante il trasporto. Sicuramente ricomprerò!

Beautiful soft leather and beautifully made. This is my third pair of shoes in one month. From now on these will be my go to footwear. Customer service is amazing, very helpful and responds very quickly.

I purchased these for my fiancé for a Christmas/birthday gift, with his Italian heritage, he is very happy with them! The shoes are great quality! Shipping was as expected as I am purchasing from the USA. I am very pleased with my purchase, that I do plan purchase again in the future!

Boots are really beautiful, real leather but can't wear them as is like walking on a piece of wood so it does hurt my feet.
I thought I just needed to used them so they can "adapt"to my feet but I was wrong: still painful after a week.
And I discovered is the boot itself defective after I tried an other handmade boots (different Manufacturer) which are Heaven!
I was aware that obviously it was too late to send them back, but I contacted them anymore and they promptly suggested to put a shoe sole.
Point is..from a 209 Euro boots (plus 47 Sterling duty fees) I was expecting much more.
Think twice is you want to buy from them as, even if you send them back, you loose the duty fees (that are not mentioned at all in their website).
I honestly regret I bought them.

I was delighted with the quality and sizing of the shoes ordered. For a petite lady with small feet, size 2EU. Sizing they are a excellent fit. No need for inner soles or grips. Delivery was good and packaged extremely well. Cost of shoes very good for handmade item.
Highly recommend.

Just recently purchased a pair of loafers. The simplicity and craftmanship of the shoe exemplifies total comfort.

The shoes are a handcrafted masterpiece. So well made in full leather. I totally am so pleased with them. They fit me like a glove.

They were delivered super efficiently and I so impressed with the shoe box and presentation.

I bought my third pair of shoes from Leonardo!! We found them on our recent trip to Florence and bought a couple pairs. Then we started viewing the website and bought more. It ships super fast, and them in less then a week of ordering. Quality beautiful leather shoes!

Do not buy online if you order from America if try to return you have pay return shipping of 46 euro and custom. Rip-off

L'azienda si è dimostrata seria, e questo è importante perché gestione del reso è stata più che soddisfacente come veloce il rimborso.
La scarpa era buona anche se, purtroppo non rispecchiava in maniera così fedele le foto rilevabili dal sito. Differenze minimali ma che, almeno per me, hanno fatto la differenza.
La scarpa presentava alcuni piccoli difetti e, vista la impossibilità di sostituirle per indisponibilità della mia misura, ho proceduto con la richiesta di rimborso perché al momento non vi erano modelli che soddisfacevano le mie attuali esigenze.
Devo dire, infine, che se dovessi trovare in futuro un altro modello che rispecchi le mie esigenze probabilmente ci riproverò. grazie
