The service was excellent
The service was excellent, work was carried out quickly and cleanly. All member of staff that we had contact with were extremely helpful and not pushy in the slightest. The company seem to genuinely care for its customers.

Stairlift for parents
They explained all the options clearly making our choice easier. Prompt service, was ordered and installed within a week.
Engineer fitted the lift and explained its operation all within two hours.
Would highly recommend this company.

Everything explained in detail with no hidden costs. From first to last phonecall they were helpful and friendly and had the stairlift in place in under a week. Gave us peace of mind knowing its made life easier and safer for our mam. Cant fault this company. Highly recommended!

Excellent company
We were very impressed with Leodis from our consultation to instillation everything was explained clearly and made sure they spoke to mum directly making sure she understood .
Instillation was the end of the same week , the boys installing the stair lift were on time and worked quietly and efficiently I was very impressed they were polite informative and tidied up after they finished . They made sure mum was able to work the stair lift and she was confident when using it . I would highly recommend Leodis .

Fantastic service from start to finish
Fantastic service from start to finish. Phoned initially was given an idea on price and made an appointment for someone to call and discuss, he wasn't pushy given all the different options as certain features are extra on top of the price I was given over the phone but was told these could all be added at a later date if I found I needed them. I was given prices for both new and reconditioned and much cheaper for the same make of stairlift I had looked at from other dealers
The fitting was arranged for a date that was good for me and I found the fitter professional and friendly, I expected it to be rather noisy but it wasn't and he left everything clean and tidy afterwards
I can't praise the team more, from the sales, fitter, and accounts team and highly recommend Leodis for anyone needing a stairlift
