Excellent gaming store with a great range of products including an extensive range of Games Workshop and paints. Top notch service and communications on all my orders. Really welcoming store with gaming tables and an easy to navigate web store.

Having just been seriously let down by another games company, I couldn't be happier with Leodis Games.

The website states next day shipping if ordered by 1pm, I placed my order at around 1.30pm but was pleasantly surprised when my order turned up the next day. Great service.

I ordered from Leodis games and was blown away by the ease and speed of delivery. The package came with a thank you letter and a free dice! Stands out to me as a really great company that cares about the whole customers process, not just getting your money. Would recommend!

Great customer service, easy to contact and quick to respond. I ordered some models which were hand delivered the following day, I was really impressed with the service. I would highly recommend this store for all your hobby needs.

Good range of stock but delivery options need to be more transparent. I wasn’t aware that the free shipping option is sent by Royal Mail first class (it doesn’t tell you this unless your order is below £30), instead I opted to pay £3.50 for courier delivery expecting it to be better. I was wrong, it was sent by Hermes, the slowest and most unreliable courier known to man, I can now expect the parcel to be delivered a week+ after I placed the order, whereas if I had chosen the free delivery I would of got the package within 1-3 days.

I've been using Leodis for a while now, the customer service is excellent! Throughout lockdown they have given daily updates regarding stock levels, kept on touch about orders being delayed/later than usual and made it crystal clear that they're doing everything they can to keep us hobbying.

Been using Leodis for a while now for both Malifaux and GW. Great prices and still offer a great service during lockdown.

Brilliant and very trustworthy company to buy from. Through the current pandemic Leodis have been giving out daily updates on any stocking or delivery problems, and I've been able to get my orders in a timely manner, despite enumerable obstacles. You can't over communicate in these types of situations and Leodis Games are one of the companies that got it right! Great service and putting the customer first. Well done!

i ordered in lockdown, after we had been told it would take a couple of weeks or more to get our orders. i had my order in 8 days.

Outstanding service during really difficult times. Before the Covid outbreak there was an impeccable and warm atmosphere in the shop. I'd recommend this store both in mail order and face to face terms.
