It feels surprising that a remote optician provides much, much better service compared to well known street opticians in Oxford. I have visited quite a number of them and never had this level of care and advice that I have experienced with Lensomania.
The quality of the lenses, also, is impressive.
There is the online exchange and ordering, and then above all this detailed customer/patient focused advice.

Lensomania were super helpful. I had specific questions on lense thicknes amongst others. So helpful and informative in the process. Didn’t try to upsell and recommended perfect lense type. Glasses delivered securely, safely wrapped in lots of bubble wrap. Really quite quick too. And all for £40. I would highly recommend. 💯✨👍

Excellent customer service with regular email updates that made you feel like you were dealing with an actual person. Much cheaper than spec savers. I had new varifocal lenses inserted into existing frames and the process could not have been simpler
