I. Cannot. Fault. Lensomania.

A new prescription so I have multiple pairs of glasses that need new lenses. Sent 10 pairs in with a mix of sunglasses, distance lenses and reading glasses requirements. Everything executed as requested. Karl should start a consultancy advising other companies on how to run a customer responsive, efficient, VFM business.

Truly *truly* exceptional. Another batch of glasses will be winging their way soon!

Karl, was very helpful and kept me well informed of the process. Having received my glasses back quickly I was pleased with the workmanship . Having now used them outside and in the car am very pleased with how they darken. Very good value for money and would recommend Lensomania.

I sent my sunglasses to Lensomania for a long-distance prescription, anti-glare polarised lenses, and a colour match to my original frames. Everything came back spot on – the colour is perfect and the lenses are amazing.
They also cleaned the glasses and they came back looking like new. Fantastic job all round!

Really good communications throughout. Plenty of advice if needed and absolutely no pressure. You send them your glasses free of charge and they will send you an estimate for whatever your lens request is.
They then return your glasses with Royal Mail 24hr delivery, which is pretty much overnight.
My second experience and has always been spot on.

I wanted my current frames reglazed with my new prescription and Lensomania quoted me the best price (half the price that my own optician quoted me) with no extra charge for providing my own frames. I had Essilor lenses and just wanted the same ones/ thickness/ coatings. The process was straightforward and Karl was extraordinarily quick to respond at every stage. He provided me with a free tracked label and let me know when he'd received my frames. About 4 (?) days later, I received my new glasses via tracked 24 hour post and they were perfect! Highly recommended and I'm tempted to get a spare pair soon.

So I have used lense companies before and found the service to be good. I have started using occupational lenses and so I used lensomania this time as their price for occupational lenses is great, compared to anywhere else I looked. Karl has been great despite my optician getting my prescription wrong and got my new lenses turned round super quick (got my invoiceto get a refund from the opticians). Getting ready to send my second pair to be glazed.
Definitely recommend.
