You have to understand that Lensa is a marketing company and nothing more than that! They hide that monster behind a corporate smile and their "terms & conditions".

In case you decide make your purchase here anyway, please make sure that you inform yourself about the following:
- How does a frame need to fit on your nose, around the ears? Don't let them push you to make a decision within 30 seconds, wear the frame for a longer period of time.
- Make sure you explain your needs in regards of the lenses: Do you need them for reading, working behind a screen or driving a car?
- Make sure that you know what "PD" is and take action when this is not measured with the tablet leveled correctly and not by an employee holding the tablet above their head as this will cause discrepancies as well.
- Ask for the options and quality of the glasses they'll provide you with, make sure they'll provide you with options.

If you now know about the details above you'll need to ask yourself again why you still decide to make your purchase in this store.

Nu recomand , rama defecta aflata in perioada de garantie ,refuza practic sa o schimbe sau sa-mi returneze banii,invocand zgarieturi pe rama . Rama are desprinse elemente de fixare .Niste excroci cu gulere albe ,lasand la o parte marketingul agresiv. Nu recomand sub nici o forma ,nu merita nici o stea dar ....

Return policy is deceiving, partially getting my money back on faulty products (a frame that used to cost €100+ on the site, that started to break in less than 2 weeks of use).

Prețurile sunt mari, reducerile depind de suma pe care urmează să o achiți, care trebuie să fie exorbitantă pentru a beneficia de reducerile menționate în reclame.
Am achiziționat două perechi de ochelari, una în vara asta și una în vara anului trecut. Pentru cele de anul trecut, am fost lăsată două săptămâni fără ochelari de vedere cât a durat montajul, ceea ce a fost foarte neplăcut. Colac peste pupăză, nici nu era corectă prescripția. Le-am mai acordat o șansă un an mai târziu. Această ultimă experiență a fost OK, așadar acord două stele.

Au devenit foarte mari si nu prea le mai pasa de nimic. Au un marketing super agresiv, voucher-ul nu e ce zice - 1000 RON gratis la urmatoarea achizitie. Care de fapt trebuie sa fie mai mare de 4000 RON. Cine cumpara ochelari de 4000 RON? Eu nu!

Am fost sunat sa programez un consult. Cand ma-am prezentat la consult am fost refuzat

am o pare foarte prosta, e prea mult de povestit, nu recomand sa cumparati de la aceasta companie.
