Ciara, Frank and Michael were so professional and really helped to guide me through the very stressful process of buying my own home as a first-time buyer. I'm living in my own apartment about 2 weeks and I'm not sure I could have done it without Ciara - knowing she always at the end of the phone whenever I needed advice took a lot of the weight off my shoulders!! When we started our mortgage journey back in March of 2023 Frank Lenny was recommended by a friend. From the initial call with Frank and Lisa right through to the final mortgage draw down with Sarah they made the whole process as painless as possible. Buying a house can be quite stressful, even at the best of times particularly when the bank comes back with seemingly endless queries and questions. However, these were all handled professionally and promptly by Lisa and Sarah, this helped reassure us as we never felt like we were being ignored.

We would have no hesitation in recommending Frank, Michael and their team for anyone considering applying for a mortgage. They helped us not only with the mortgage itself but also expert advice regarding the multitude of documents required and many other aspects of the process, such as mortgage protection. When we finally picked up the keys to our new home from the developer it was a huge relief, the end of a difficult journey, but also the beginning of a new chapter.
