Rude customer service was a potential returning customer
I had a loan with them and paid it off a few months early. I was in the process of starting another one and called in to ask a question. The customer service rep immediately gave a long sigh when I said I had a quick question and said "what is it?!?" With an annoyed tone behind it. I said NVM I don't need this and chose not to give them another dime.

I dislike the fact after getting only a fraction of the approved amount, (which wasn't enough to do what I got the loan for) you cant add funds to the principle amount even though only got 400 out of the 2000 approved amount, so unfortunately the 400 wasn't quite enough for what I needed the loan for smdh, so until policies change... 3☆ it is
