Their service kept crashing multiple times over the first week and they did respond at first albeit slowly. Then it crashed again and they did not respond at all. I then requested a refund within the first 7 days in accordance with their refund policy. They did not answer. This ia a fraudulent company. Stay clear of them.

I tried LemonRealm and here is how it went: I first got my 24h trial, it went good. I got an email that it expired after the 24 hours. I was able to renew it and been using it for almost 11 Months now. Things are great so far, they also gave me a VPN-Playlist that I load if my Internet Provider blocks or throttles me and just kick in my free VPN and it works great. The service is always good and there which is a real important thing about IPTV services.
System went down Saturday in the middle of the fight . Still down with no communication.

Hector, I'm so sorry about that. As the owner, I was watching the game and got mad too. I truly apologize. -- There was communication in the Channels that we shared with you on day one in the trial Email. We also emailed all of our customers, but due to email daily limitations, we couldn't reach everyone on time. -- This is the IPTV industry, and it's fairly common for this to happen, typically once a year. I'm sorry again. The server got back online right after, and we compensated people for the inconvenience.
First, they sent me the trial details, which was cool. But when I checked their website I noticed all “legal” stuff (Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Refund Policy, Customer Service) is just random text. No links, no actual pages, nothing. That is a huge red flag for any legit service, let alone something dealing with payments and private info.
When I asked about it on WhatsApp, the person replied in a way that was weirdly defensive.
Asking about legal transparency is standard and getting attitude back makes it look even more sketchy.
Later, someone else from their team emailed me with a generic “How’s the trial?” message, but never followed up when I explained what happened. No one ever addressed the missing legal info or why a basic pages doesn’t exist.
If you care about things like privacy, refunds, or even the basics of trusting who you’re paying, look elsewhere. Any real business should have this stuff sorted.
