Worst experience of my life! Again as other reviewers have said everything was fine until I signed the paperwork with Hyundai. I couldn’t afford the registration on the vehicle told the lemon law group that and asked them to go back to Hyundai and re negotiate and see what other options we have because by law I do not have to renew it but after firing the lemon law group and reading the settlement it did state we had to renew it. So I went to the lemon law group told them Hyundai won’t talk to me unless they send a letter stating they no longer represent me. Well now they are hoarding that letter, refusing to answer any of my questions, sending me threatening paperwork of a lien they have placed on my case oh and ontop of all that I was told they have confirmation Hyundai has received the paperwork and so I asked for that confirmation and we’ll that was weeks ago and still haven’t heard anything from them. Unless you plan to do all the work for them and are an attorney yourself I don’t recommend these people at all. Terrible customer service and lack of any compassion to their clients it’s all about they money with them! I have never been told by an attorney unless you do something (not required by law) there is nothing I can do. He didn’t even state it was in the settlement and told me there is nothing he can do unless I renew the registration which is not true he just didn’t want to work and try to re negotiate the settlement with Hyundai. All I want is for this case to be done already and these people are holding up my life and don’t care! HIRE WITH EXTREME CAUTION!
Based on their advertising on their website they claim all sorts of successful lawsuits for 2017 or newer vehicles having ongoing manufacturing issues. Mine involves a 2017 RAM 3500 Diesel with ongoing ABS and related Cruise Control, etc product failure. In fact there’s an existing Class Action on this problem with their ABS Issues. When I called, the “operator “ said we only represented customers who still had their vehicles under the mfg warranty period. Totally useless and incompetent information. Their website is full of incorrect info

Everything was great until I accepted the offer, then I fell off the planet I guess, now no one will return my emails or calls. Calls go to some random law office with no identification. Do not know what happened between the start of my process and now but now I’m concerned. I would now have serious second thoughts about recommending LLGP to anyone else.

I was pleased the process for this issue was less complicated than expected. Ada was tremendous in helping me understand the options available to me. She was accessible and answered any question I had.
It was a 12 month journey with Ford, however, the team at LLG settled in, hung in there, and got the job done on our case.

Annie and her team worked with me on gearing my Lemon files in order. I fully recommend anyone going through issues with their vehicle to go through LLGP. They are very communicative and understanding. Absolutely fantastic.
My opinion is quite different than some of the reviews. IMO, what was explained to me in the beginning (by the actual attorney) was quite different than what we experienced. Maria was my processor - she said they had a recording of the explanation but when I asked for it, she gave me this excuse: only incoming calls are recorded and I explained everything to you on an outgoing call. They approached the car manufacturer with an “inconvenience” charge rather than the reality that I had a faulty transmission. I was the person who gathered all the paperwork, made all the calls, etc. These people literally did nothing for me except write one letter cash and the check when it arrived at their offices. IMO, that is their only concern - their fee. They said things to the manufacturer about inconvenience that we never even said. I am very glad others had a good experience, but Maria did nothing in my case. The car manufacturer was not even aware through LLGP what my issue was. I asked her if she even read my documents. Know what she said? No. She was honest about that. She did not have a clue. She denied everything I said.
Do make careful notes and tell them you want to record your own conversations.
Eventually through my own effort (not this group) I got a new transmission but I would never use anyone like this again. If you’d like to know more of my experience:

Randy Dunbar and his associates were superb! I would not have a repaired vehicle without their efforts. Communication was easy, professional, and effective. I always felt that I was getting honest info & advice. Highly recommended!

Lemon lemon law was very clear with the options. Keeping good comunicación all time . Finally had good results . I do recommend lemon law group to who ever has any issue.
Absolute horrible experience they dont answer the phone nor call back they give very little information and made me lose all chances at getting reimbursed for rental and hotel fees all they did was send a letter after gm ignored them they gave up on the case and didnt respond to anything
was a struggle to understand the process at the beginning, but as time move on everything fell into place for the good. Legal representation was great.
Kept in contact and worked quickly to get a settlement. They tried to get the best offer possible for me with my case. Highly recommend this firm if you're ever in this situation.

I based myself off other people’s reviews to hire lemon law group. They are so straightforward and communicative. I wouldn’t hesitate on using them again. I thought it would be a headache and it was as easy as 1, 2, 3. Hopefully my review helps somebody else make the same decision.

I contacted this firm today about representation during my arbitration hearing on August 9 against FCA US, LLC. After I submitted my online request someone called me back within about 20 minutes which was excellent. However, after hearing that I had already started the arbitration process and had a hearing date set already they told me that they wouldn't be able to help me unless I was unsatisfied with my arbitration decision and wanted to go to small claims court. I asked if they knew of any law firms that would represent someone who had already begun the arbitration process and the individual I spoke to said no. At this point I have spoken to 25 different law firms and they all say the same thing, "we can't help until you're headed to court." I don't know why this may be but my assumption is that if you are a responsible vehicle owner who knows their rights and starts arbitration without them they lose their ability to negotiate their fee being paid by the manufacturer instead of the consumer.
TLDR; Contact them before you start arbitration or you won't be able to be represented by them.
