I have the same experience with other customers who unable to claim the money back. They ask my Paypal account number and driver license. If they need all those information to give cash back, should ask all the information when set up an account, not until they made money from the customers, then demand sensitive personal information trying not to pay. This company does not have a physical address and business phone number, how do I know they're a legal business can be trusted to give my financial account number? I will file complaint to business related authority as well. This is unethical business behavior, they need to stop cheating the customers.

What everyone else is saying about the company is correct. They make all kinds of excuses to NOT pay your hard earned cashback. When I inquired about the status of my last cash back deposit request that has been in analysis for over 2 months, they demanded a copy of my passport. I am not giving up my private information to a company that does not have any level of integrity.

If you want to survive in this business, please provide cashback to customers as promised.

At first, it was a little tricky to figure out how to use their turbo cash back system, but once I did, it was game-changing. Definitely the highest cashback rates I could find! I recommend it.

This cashback site is horrible. I just claimed my $42 cashback balance. It first had to analyze my request. Then it sent me an email told me that i did some change with my account so they had to put my redemption on hold and contact them. But they didn’t provide me any way to do that. It’s bunch of bull crap. I had other 2 cashback before, both were under $25, but total about $40, the minimum to request your cashback is $25. I never redeem them, now they are just unavailable to redeem anymore. This site really sucks, they made their cashback rate look so high, but you can hardly receive them. Don’t waste your time and money here. Go find some other better places.

I have been using Lemoney for a few years without any problems. I tried to redeem my money for the first time over a month ago. My redemption is still in pending without any update. The only communication I have received is an recent email accusing me of opening an fraudulant account and to send them my personal and financial details along with a copy of my ID. This site is a scam. They will try any means to not pay out your cashback. Avoid!

Slowest cash back site on the planet! If you want to forget about the cash back because they make you wait 4 months / 120 Days just to see the cash back ...still waiting btw it's been 3 1/2 months. I still have not received my cash back. I should have used another service. I can't recommend this cash back company because there's zero reason to take this long except that they want you to forget about the cash back and they get to keep 100%. I have a reminder on my phone and it's set as my temp home screen so I don't forget.. I can't help but be mad that I used the service. Never again after I get my money! AVOID unless you love waiting forever for HARD EARNED MONEY..

FAQ from Lemoney website; "1. Why is my purchase still pending? We are waiting for the return period to elapse as well as for the payment from the store." Well the Return period for the item I purchased was 14 Days... Why am I waiting 120 days?

Update: (1-Star) I reached out as I noticed they keep recommending on responses. That was a DEAD END. The high priced 2K+ item I purchased is way past return period and there's ZERO reason to keep waiting and holding my money. That's my advice to Lemoney.

Update 2: (2-Star) Magically after writing this review Lemoney finally gave me the cash back via PayPal minus paypal fees. As soon as I confirmed the money was in my account I logged in and closed the Lemoney account (hidden in the change email part of their settings page.) I will never use their website again. I believe this review may have helped.. maybe they figured out my username. I can't stress enough to avoid even if it seems tempting 1-2% more than other websites. The long wait is so you give up.. those of us that don't give up get the cash back but I'm positive they have a high percentage of users give up. I would not recommend this site at all.

The best place i found to get cash back at Macy's. The costumer service helped me when i needed. Great experience.

I am now on business day 10 of what they said would take up to 5 days for a payout. Takes forever to have account credited and then it takes even longer for a payout. I'll be going back to ebates.

waste of time, booked a flight with turbo cashback that was supposed to be 14% and ended up only getting 1% cashback and it takes 6 months before you even receive your cashback. website is a scam don't bother

I’ve been using cashback sites for as long as I can remember. I discovered Lemoney last year and have been using it ever since as it quickly became my favorite. Their cashback rates are impressive and they have a way to increase it even more with Turbo. In addition, their customer service is exceptional and they reply quickly. I requested a payout last week and the process was easy and painless. Highly recommended.

really awful. a waste of time. cashback never works. befrugal, ebates, and a half dozen sites are all better.

I've just had a really good experience with Lemoney and thought they deserved to be reviewed! I made a purchase using what they call Turbo Credits and was quite worried it was too good to be true, but they actually accredited my account giving me MORE cashback than I even thought I would get.

I used a Lemoney once and supposed to receive % of purchase. I don't see anything on my account and for some reasons my account does not even works properly. Seems like complete scam and waste of time.
