Just to update, our pillow arrived without prior notice, just before I was about to contact my bank to try and get my money refunded to me. No replies ever came back from my emails, that just bounced back anyway. Just beware if thinking of spending your money with this business!

Do not order, this is a poor business taking your money!!!!
I placed my order nearly 2 weeks ago, no pillow arrived yet. I’ve emailed them twice, my emails are being returned to me. I had one email confirming my order then another saying I’ll receive tracking details, since that email tracking info and the pillow have not arrived after 5 days.
Their mobile is not working.
Do not order from this website.

SCAM! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! I ordered a pillow over 5 weeks ago, product not received - tried to contact the company on multiple occasions with no reply. Now in a PayPal dispute waiting for a refund.

This is a scam. DO NOT ORDER from here. They have taken my money, and I have not received the pillow despite numerous e mails

Trying to return an item for almost four months and this company is uncontactable.

I’m still trying to get back my money! Sad I fell for their fraudulent website. They’re asking me to close the PayPal case. Big scam! Don’t be a victim guys. I will come back here to give an update once I get my refund.

Terrible service. I received the product later than expected. I had to chase the company and they replied after a few emails with the tracking number. When I received it I wanted to return it as it didn’t work for me, quality is bad. It’s been almost a month I am trying to contact the company and all my emails have been ignored. Phone isn’t working either. I don’t know where to make an official complaint about this terrible company. Please avoid!

I don't know what's worse - the pillow, or the customer service. I received my pillow eventually (after chasing it), but the velcro is useless so doesn't stick as required to the pad on one side. I've sent about 5 emails asking for a refund, as it renders the product useless, but all have been ignored.

Awful company, I received the product but it was terrible quality, I'm trying to return the product and they have ignored all my emails. I reported them to paypal and they finally responded to me, but they said I would only be given a refund if I've closed my PayPal case!

It is an absolute SCAM of a website, having a child should be a wonderful thing yet this company want to take you for a mug and steal your money. Thankfully the banks refund it straight away!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!! they are nothing but scammers and Shopify should shut their site down!

Scam - took money, order never arrived, shows as 1st result when you search 'maternity pillow' in google, also when you search the trading company on companies house 'Summit X LLP' it isnt in fact founded by 'Michelle' as the company website suggests. The Officers are based in France. The address they are registered to has over 150 businesses registered at the address even though it's a small building. Worried I have been scammed! Money taken, confirmation sent, no goods. No correspondence, number doesn't work. DO NOT USE!

Scam! As reported by others, purchased from the website during Black Friday, had a follow up email regarding delivery, but once I chased it there was no reply. Site looks legit and the advertising is everywhere, but the phone numbers disconnected and no response still on email also. Stay well away and don’t be conned as well.

Scam website. I have ordered this product and it never came. The phone number is disconnected on the website, the email account gets no reply. The photos are stolen from a different website.
The fact that this product has such a high position on Google is shameful.

Scam - advertising everywhere and the company doesn’t exist

Do not order scam you never get anything what you ordered. Been waiting 3 weeks nothing I've sent emails and they don't reply I've tried ringing there number and it's saying wrong number

I ordered a pregnancy pillow from Lelibub over 2 weeks ago and have not received any tracking information since, and no response after contacting their Customer Service. I thought this company would be trustworthy as it is UK-based and the website looks legit, but I think it's a scam. Do not purchase from this company.

Ordered a pregnancy pillow almost 2 weeks ago but still have not received tracking information. I did a bit of digging and the exact same photos were used on a website for Bupsy which seems to get a lot of bad reviews on trust pilot and a lot of people saying it’s a scam. I ordered from here as they had a UK address, sadly I don’t think my package will be arriving. I gave them the benefit of the doubt as I thought it was a small company starting up. I have also emailed their customer service but I am yet to get a response.
